Let's hope it's not a scam ... I am uneasy about two people I have spoken to at Sky knowing nothing about the deal and never having heard of Affiliate Window. One of them even phoned the marketing dept to ask if they knew about it but they didn't either.

hi, I am in the same boat, no one at sky knows what I am talking about when I say affiliate windows, don't know how to ask for the £92.00 either.

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to point you to this written in the deal:

£192 worth of M&S vouchers (£100 by post, £92 by email). This is sent as TWO DIFFERENT vouchers - both within 90 days of your phone line being activated. There is a £100 voucher sent by post from Sky, plus a £92 voucher emailed from Affiliate Window (the marketing agency that runs Sky's special web promo deals).

There is an (up to) 90 day wait, as the vouchers are coming from both Sky and their marketing agency. This might explain why Sky don't seem to know about the other half of the vouchers!

Thanks MSE Megan. It is concerning though that there's been no confirmation from Affiliate Window and Sky have no idea what I'm talking about when I call them.
And the vouchers aren't being sent out as advertised- I've had an email from Sky with a link to download and print one, not been sent one through the post.

Hi all,

I took out this deal through money supermarket and followed all instructions as to how to sign up and be eligible for the vouchers. My Sky is up and running and I have recieved my £100 M&S e-voucher via my email address(even though it was stated this would be a gift card sent by post), I have contacted Affiliate Window and they could not confirm wether they had recieved my details as part of the Sky deal but told me it could take up to 120 days after activation for the vouchers to be recieved (even though it was stated it would only take up to 90 days) and this would be sent again as an e-voucher via my email address. I am left confused two emails later as to why they can't tell me if I'm getting the voucher or not. Here is a quote from one email I recieved hope it helps
*M&S e-voucher offer is fulfilled by Affiliate Window and not available through Sky call centres, if you have any questions on this promotion please contact skyvoucher@affiliatewindow.com, the Sky call centre will not be able to assist you with this promotion.

I emailed skyvoucher@affiliatewindow.com and got the response below, which is encouraging:

The first part of the voucher will be sent through the post from Sky after your installation has been completed. The other £92 is processed differently, it is sent from us at Affiliate Window. We send the £92 in the form of an E-Gift card that is sent to the email address you used to register your Sky Account. The process of getting you these vouchers is the same as the £100 voucher where nothing will be sent till after the installation, However the E-Gift card can take up to 120 days to reach you. This E-Gift card can be spent either online, over the phone or printed out and used in-store.

I'm also having the same problem. Have received the £100 from Sky but nothing from Affiliate Window, including no initial confirmation. Anyone else heard anything?

This is the reason I came on here too. Got he £100 sky voucher but not heard anything from affiliate window. Wouldn't mind waiting for payout if only I had confirmation it had tracked.

To be honest the whole thing has left a sour taste in my mouth. I explicitly remember the MSE email saying it's the best broadband deal they've seen and foolishly I believed them. however after I signed up I saw on TopCashBack they had the £100 M&S voucher but instead of the extra £92 voucher it was £100 cashback so higher value an not restricted to M&S. Yes stupid me for not looking, but I find it hard to believe MSE didn't know about the offer on TCB when they were pushing their own offer as the best. I guess I can't trust MSE to be impartial any more.

I also have not had any contact from the affiliate company but I did get the email saying it may be up to 90 days before they contact you with a voucher.
Sadly though I have only been given a £25 voucher and not a £100 voucher by Sky. When I called their customer service they stated "contact MSE as they sent us a notification of £25 only".
No reply from MSE after 5 days to that query and I feel I'm getting the run around considering the current deal with Sky broadband (even without the £192 MSE offer) was £100 of vouchers. Can anyone help? A comment from MSE would go along way to repairing some of the damage caused in trusting your website and Sky for that matter.

I too have gone through all the right links, my SKY has been activated, I have received SKY's £100 giift voucher via an email. But I have heard nothing from the Affiliate windows about my further £92 voucher. Have I been scammed by MSE?!?!?!? Surely not?!?!?!

What can I do to chase this up? I would never have signed up for a year's contract if I was only going to get one of these vouchers. We need answers MSE!
