    I am in the same boat too - just spoke to SKY - they say they know nothing about the deal or who Affiliate Windows are.....

    Got an email for the £100 voucher weeks ago - but nothing else as of yet.

    When is the 90 day waiting period up ? 11th of December ....

    Has anyone received the £92 M&S voucher ... I'm keeping hold of the £100 voucher at the moment as I was planning to use them both together,
  • I too have contacted affiliate windows and had an email from Kate to say it takes up to ninety days and the vouchers will come via email direct from M&S. Bit disappointed as I wanted to use for Christmas shopping, but at least I got the £100 from sky without problems.
  • We signed up to a very special "rare deal" for existing sky customers in august,we were told we would half price broadband for a year.This was an online deal only.
    A window from a sky affiliated company pops up confirm ing the deal.
    Great we thought £125 of marks and spencers voucher would be emailed to us.
    We have heard nothing
    Sky know nothing and can't help us.
    Emails to the affiliated company have not been answered.
    Anyone got any ideas what to do next?

    I also signed up for the £100 + £92 MSE affiliate voucher. Have had £100 through via email but not the £92.... would be interested to hear if anyone has received...

  • Sky service is good but in my area that's a little bit not working good but at office this is great service
  • I have also e mailed affiliate window twice and received no acknowledgment. I guess I'll need to wait 90 days before I know if there's a problem:( rude though
  • Back on the 6th August there was a link that meant if you were a sky customer and signed up for Broadband you could claim £75 M&S vouchers through Affiliate Window. £25 would be paid within 28days and then £50 within 90 days.

    So I patiently wait the 28 days - no voucher. I email the helpdesk, give them all the information and ask what's going on.
    I get an email the next day saying the voucher has tracked and that they're waiting for Sky to confirm my account details.
    I email back asking when I might receive my first voucher and they say middle of next week..
    That date comes and goes. So I email again, asking if there's anything I can do to help. They say they're waiting for proof of my Sky account.
    I forward them the email (that's time and date stamped within the order timeframe) that I received as confirmation from Sky.
    On the 23rd of September after these multiple emails back and forth I send another email asking if there's been any development.
    3rd of October I get a reply saying they can't find my account number, they can't find proof I followed the voucher link, they thought I was a new customer not an existing sky customer and that's causing hassle.
    They then said that they'd looked in the wrong pile and that my voucher is being validated for sending out 90 days after installation.
    I replied stating that they'd said in their own T's and C's about the vouchers being sent out in two batches.

    Today I emailed again asking what was going on, where the vouchers were and why I had yet to receive anything.

    Has anyone else had this much of a fuss and hassle with Affiliate Window?
    I thought because they were running a thing in conjunction with MSE that they'd be trustworthy and would sort out any issues that occurred..

    Who can I complain to formally about this and Do I have any recourse for the time and stress they've caused?

    If you can't even get your vouchers from them, what hope do you think you have of getting "compo" for the delay?

    *****Wow Line rent & b'band £184.80 over a year (15.40/mnth) but get £185 M&S vchs MSE blagged .Starts Fri for 6 days. We've blagged that Sky newbies signing up to pay £15.40/mth for line rent on a 12mth contract (so £184.80 over the year excl call costs) get £185 of M&S vouchers for doing so. If you'd have spent that at M&S anyway, factor it in and staggeringly, you're 20p UP. Full details, pros, cons & exclusions in hot deal*******
    Help please, I have read that lots of people are struggling with this deal. Has anyone got the rest of the vouchers? I received £100 evouchers for M&S but now Sky have no idea about the rest?

    Found this extra Info....
    £192 worth of M&S vouchers (£100 by post, £92 by email). This is sent as TWO DIFFERENT vouchers - both within 90 days of yourphone line being activated. There is a £100 voucher sent by post from Sky, plus a
    £92 voucher emailed from Affiliate Window (the marketing agency that runs Sky's special web promo deals).

    Note that we will send your reward by email or by post (requires a signature), depending on the offer you qualify for.
    You will normally receive your reward within 2 weeks after your service has been activated, but this can sometimes take up to 45 days.
