I've received the £100 part by email, but no sign yet of the £92 part.

It would be nice to have an idea of when it will be emailed out as I'm worried it could get caught up in all the spam emails that I delete every day!

I also hadn't heard anything from affiliate window. So I followed Pablo's advice and emailed them. They were prompt in response and said they could see my order and it was still being processed. Apparently the voucher can arrive up to 90 days from the date of the Sky order.

I've set myself a calendar reminder, so we'll see what happens..

Is it just me or is this deal not as MSE advertised? i.e. claimed as £192 for year.

For example, on my Sky bill adds a supplement charge for not having Sky TV of £2.50pm

Add line rental of £15.40 and broadband £3.75

Gives a monthly total of £21.65

Total for year = 12x 21.65 = £259.80


Is it just me?

Also, there was a line transfer charge of £20 MSE never mentioned.

Just read the original MSE offer, broadband is meant to be free in the deal. This could be because I had an issue at signup, i.e. TalkTalk cancelled the order without my consent, so the Sky guy I spoke with re-signed me up, it probably went onto their standard Sky deal not MSE deal (even though I did clarify this with him).

Looks like TT have screwed me over.

I had a similar experience. Signed up to free broadband for 12 months deal on the last day of the deal. Received letter from Sky saying my broadband was free for 12 months, but then due to a complication over my address details closed and reopened my account. This was now about two days outside the deal period, and on receiving my first bill noticed I've been charged £7.50 per month. I contacted Sky via Live Chat, and they said to contact MSE and get them to contact Sky about it.


Anyone have any idea how I go about doing that?!

Thanks for that Megan,yes I had read it but just expected some confirmation of sorts.I will wait until the 90 days and will post as and when it comes through,thanks again.

Well, it seems I'm not alone! I have emailed affiliated window (at [EMAIL="questions@affiliatedwindow.com"]questions@affiliatedwindow.com[/EMAIL]) and I've had no reply.
I suppose I'll have to be patient and wait. I received the £100 from sky as an e-voucher as well.
