sky broadband new £192 deal m&s gift

I am a totally new Sky customer (which may make the difference) but all seems fine so far. I signed up on day 1 of the offer, broadband all set up fine, good communication all along from Sky (well, apart from the 3am phone call!) I did have to claim the voucher on my Sky account, but they emailed to tell me to do this, and then the voucher came through by email very quickly. It's a printable paper voucher that folds into a giftcard, usable in store or online, just like a standard giftcard, so perfectly acceptable as a gift. Maybe you all just need to be more patient?
The initial email from voucher window also says the £92 voucher will be sent within 90 days of activating the broadband, so again, I'm just being patient (but have put a note in my diary to chase after 90 days!)

Same for me. Got the £100 voucher but no emails at all from voucher window. Not even the "continue your journey here" one that some others have got.

Have I been done out of £92?

Hi, I signed up to Sky broadband on 10/09/14 to get the £100 + £92 M&S voucher offer. My broadband is up and running fine, no problem there.

However, although Sky have contacted me about redeeming the £100 voucher I have heard nothing about the £92 that is expected from Affiliate Window. I have phoned Sky twice and they appear to know nothing about it. Has anyone else had the same problem and managed to resolve it ?

..me too! ..I posted a 'please help' msg about this on here y'day but no-one has responded with 'yes I got my £92 voucher this way' yet ..seems like there are a lot of us in the same boat! ..just hoping it's not a scam..
