Sorry folks this isn't a new deal, I'm referring to the deal that Martin/MSE promoted in the weekly email last November and I'm just trying to get some help with getting the £100 voucher.

Am I the only one that didn't get it? Did anyone else struggle but then succeed?

I signed up on practically the last day it was available following the link in the MSE email. Unfortunately the link didn't work properly so I finished up on the phone to Sky to complete the deal. I was however very clear with the operator that I would still get the vouchers. The vouchers weren't automatic on this one so after the installation I then started checking the other link (again in the MSE email). After waiting for them to appear I eventually rang Sky who have basically denied all knowledge of the original offer and generally been pretty unhelpful.

Luckily of course Martin/MSE followed up the offer in early Jan giving an email address for people who hadn't received their vouchers to use to chase them up (voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com). Having tried this however they've said this particular offer is nothing to do with them, and are just referring me back to the useless Sky customer service team!!

I'm honestly at a loss. I've basically gone from getting cheap broadband to having really expensive broadband, and all from taking advice from the weekly MSE newsletter! Even people answering the MSE voucher help email address don't want to know!

Not impressed that my post got moved to a thread that's actually about another deal; I was actually told by Sky that because I didn't have this deal they couldn't help me...

Anyway, now I've managed to find my post, just a note for anyone else in a similar boat - do not give up! Keep harassing them for the promised vouchers! I'm pleased to say after weeks of trying and repeated emails I have finally got mine. Many thanks to Sally at MSE who gave Sky the final push.
