After lots of back and forward emails and promises from Affiliated Window I finally sent this

Once again no vouchers and no email explaining. Is there any chance at all of me ever receiving the promised vouchers?

If no vouchers have been received by Monday 23rd February 2015 I will contact MSE regarding this as this seems to be verging on false advertising.

Aparently, SKY have to verify that you joined up, so now it's the fault of SKY for the delay


I find it hard to believe that someone at MSE has not intervened on behalf of the many of us :mad:

This site was bought out by moneysupermarket dot com, so the news 2 days ago about price comparison sites covers MSE too. It was revealed that they are influencing the public to keep changing energy providers because they get a payment every time someone switches. The govt said we who have switched should all get £60 compensation from the price comparison sites. I wouldn't be surprised if Sky doesn't do the same - pays MSE every time one of us switches. Your gut instinct was correct - we can't trust these sites any more.
