So who's fault is that?
The £100 voucher was part of the deal offered by Sky. That's why it was reflected when you log in to the Sky website (was/is yours?).
The additional £92 was offered by Affiliate Window to sign up through them as a referrer.
Hence if you did not get the £100 from Sky then that should be taken up with Sky.
The automated email from Affiliate Window that was received after sign-up explained all this.... "one £100 voucher fulfilled by Sky & one £92 voucher fulfilled by Affiliate Window via email"0 -

So that's Sky's fault then?
You stated that none of this was Sky's fault. That's why I posted.
It also stated on the original offer that Sky would post the £100 voucher. We've been waiting for this in the post only to be told by Sky that it was emailed. We have not received the email (or it was spam filtered out) and we are now told by Sky that they cannot re-issue it as it has 'expired'.
The recommendation on this site was to wait the 90 days before chasing up. That was good advice...voucher expired!
MoneySavingExpert should sort this out.0 -

I believe the 90 day advice was because it can take 90 days for the voucher to be emailed. I'd be very surprised if any voucher itself has expired.
If something hasn't tracked correctly (are you a new Sky subscriber? I believe the offer was only for new Sky customers) then you need to take this up with Sky.RichieNotRich wrote: »MoneySavingExpert should sort this out.0 -
I've also had a reply from Kate at Affiliate Window. If people are starting to see things come through I will be optimistic that it might actually materialise. Time will tell. Shame I don't like anything M&S have to offer, looks as if I will be using to buy gift vouchers for people who are likely to spend there! There's always food and drink i guess .... Best of luck to everyone else still waiting to get theirs.0

Can you advise on what Kate's response was and when you heard from her? I've not heard anything from Affiliate Window since Jan 8th despite several emails.

I was responding to a post that itself was responding to several other posts wrt to the £92 M&S voucher from Affiliate Window. Not the £100 voucher from Sky.Where did it say that it would be posted?
£192 worth of M&S vouchers (£100 by post, £92 by email). This was sent as TWO DIFFERENT vouchers - both within 90 days of your phone line being activated. There was a £100 voucher sent by post from Sky, plus a £92 voucher emailed from Affiliate Window (the marketing agency that runs Sky's special web promo deals).I received my £100 voucher via email and it was reflected online in my Sky account. Is yours in your online account? You haven't said if you've looked or not. I've just gone in again to 'Claim My Reward' and it's still listed (though it says it's been emailed to me already).I believe the 90 day advice was because it can take 90 days for the voucher to be emailed. I'd be very surprised if any voucher itself has expired. If something hasn't tracked correctly (are you a new Sky subscriber? I believe the offer was only for new Sky customers) then you need to take this up with Sky.I'm not sure what are you expecting them to sort out and why? They made you aware of a promotion. You entered into that promotion with Sky and Affiliate Window. If your Sky service goes down, should MSE sort that out too? There seems to be a lot of negative feedback here for Affiliate Window, so they could perhaps publically call them out and/or refuse to run their promotions again. But other than that I'm not sure what you're expecting (and your issue seems to be with Sky anyway).
It's bad enough having to sort this out without you coming along with your ridiculous self-righteous comments. Do you work for Sky?
MSE didn't make me aware of a promotion, the promotion was only available though an EXCLUSIVE MSE link. They ENDORSED it and probably made a cut out of it too!
If my Sky service went down I would not expect MSE to sort that out. That's a ridiculous comparison.
Let me explain it simply for you:
I saw the offer on the MSE website, I clicked through on their EXCLUSIVE link to get the offer. I signed up AS A NEW CUSTOMER. I received the £92 M&S voucher from Affillaite Wndows, and waited for the £100 M&S voucher to be POSTED to me as stated in the original offer.
Perhaps you can tell me why MSE shouldn't be sorting this out.0 -
Seriously?!RichieNotRich wrote: »This thread is titled 'sky broadband new £192 deal m&s gift'. It is NOT specifically for the £92 from Affillaite Windows'!
My post (which you responded to) was: "You do realize it's nothing to do with Sky? Did they agree to send you the additional £92 worth of M&S vouchers?"
Regardless of the heading of the thread, is it not clear that this refers to the £92 worth of M&S vouchers? You then posted about the £100 from Sky and whose fault that was. I clarified that was not what I was referring to. I'm not sure what your issue is with that?RichieNotRich wrote: »Here, do some research

Yes, seriously. You want to read your replies back and then consider how your attitude comes across.
The problem that I have with your post(s) is your insistence that this is nothing to do with MSE.Firstly - I don't understand why people are blaming this site (MSE) for this. They published the promotion in good faith. It is AffiliateWindow that are not fulfilling it.You do realize it's nothing to do with Sky?
and your stupid comparisonsIf MSE linked to Tesco's and you ordered a product that was not delivered, would it be MSE's fault?Great. Then I'll sell you Sky broadband for a year for £100. But when I don't deliver make sure to complain to Sky!
We all feel aggrieved here as we feel that we have been cheated. It does not help to be lectured to on this forum.
You clearly have not carried out adequate research as the information regarding the original offer is on this very website. Here, I'll help you

It clearly states that the £100 M&S Voucher would be posted, although I am aware that lots of people received this by email. I wonder when they changed their minds?
So what do you think I should have done when expecting a voucher through the post, go looking for an email?
After waiting 90 days for the voucher to be posted I contacted Sky only, to be told by a very rude man (it wasn't you was it?) that it had expired. I cannot find anything in the original offer state a time limit on redeeming the voucher.
I don't understand why you keep defending MSE. The offer was exclusive to MSE and could only be accessed through this site. They no doubt also made a cut (that it how they are financed).0
