Wasn't the £100 just for new customers to sky?
  • It said new customers to sky broadband , NOT if already got TV. Its all a mystery to me.

These are some extracts I took from that offer window when I applied a couple or so weeks ago :
"MoneySavingExpert are offering online-exclusive vouchers with the Sky Broadband Unlimited offer ...
£100 M&S voucher + £92 M&S e-voucher available to new Sky Broadband customers taking Broadband Unlimited (one £100 Voucher fulfilled by Sky & one £92 Voucher fulfilled by Affiliate Window via email), these will arrive separately."
"The £100 M&S vouchers will be sent via the post after you log into your MySky account and claim them. The £92 is an e-voucher that will be emailed to you by Affiliate Window."

"M&S e-voucher offer is fulfilled by Affiliate Window and not available through Sky call centres, if you have any questions on this promotion please contact skyvoucher @ affiliatewindow.com, the Sky call centre will not be able to assist you with this promotion."
    1) The Sky £100 M&S vouchers arrived by email today (to my new Sky email account), and not by post as stated above - very pleased, thanks Sky.

    2) I emailed Affiliate Window two days ago to see if they could change to my new email address. I've not had a reply. I'm not panicking yet, I thought it'd be weeks before I receive anything anyway. So I will live in hope!

Definitely only £25 if you are an existing sky customer. Definitely not £100. (Read the thread)
  • HI, my experience would seem to have been a little better than most so far and i'm sorry to say that !
I was with the woeful EE and couldnt resist this deal... I set the ball rolling following the steps though couldn't see anywhere about transferring from existing provider no requests for MAC codes etc so panicked a bit and went for it.
Got a letter through from EE saying we have been requested to give over your number and you may lose BB etc Got all my documentation through from Sky gave them a buzz to confirm no MAC required etc
The Router came a total skoosh to set up and all working on the date given at noon. Working a treat so far and better than EE! ( was active yesterday the 25th btw!)
They contacted me by email to say to claim my reward which I have just done this instant and it's states will be ready within 5 days... HOWEVER... it's an E-VOUCHER not Paper vouchers according to what I've read... I'm a smidge disappointed as I wanted to gift the vouchers to my parents as part of their anniversary gift.. ( it's a big one and pennies are tight ) they can't use anything online so bit bummed about that.
Havent heard diddly squat from affiliate window about the £92 E -voucher ( the one for me to buy some treats :) ) hoping that will come through ok. :A
Hope everyone elses gets worked out soon :)
  • hi, did I dream it or were sky offering £192 in m&s vouchers for switching???

  • Hello!

I went live with Sky on 19/09 on the same deal and the e-voucher for £100 M&S has come through to me now, hopefully yours has too?

My problem is there is no sign/mention of how the £92 voucher may materialise ??? The initial info posted on MSE on 10/09 said the £92 would come via email and the £100 by post so I'm a bit confused and also worried that I haven't done something I should to link up the £92 one ?? ..I know that it should be coming from Affiliate Window but haven't heard from them ..do I need to make contact somehow to claim?

..totally new around here and would love some help/feedback on this if anyone knows :) ..cheers!
  • ..just in case you all think I'm totally loopy !! ..I sent the above msg intending it to be linked to, and in answer to, a totally different thread from all the above! (..said I was new!)
..BUT! I have now read all your illuminating posts and will try the 'email Kate' approach ...they say there's power in numbers so maybe if we all keep hammering Affiliate Window ???

..Btw, I agree MSE should now get involved in trying to sort this out as clearly something's gone a bit adrift here with what was promised on this site ..is there anyway of contacting them direct ??
