Hi all,
I successfully took up this deal last week and went through the affiliate link on MSE. All seemed to look correct. However, while my Sky is in the process of being set up, I have not received any acknowledgement email whatsoever from VoucherWindow and I'm a bit concerned. Can anyone help?

Not at all! Martin's advice is usually spot on, but very disappointed this time...vouchers would have been a great help towards Christmas!!0

I took this offer and went live with sky yesterday and I am a new customer.
Not had any vouchers or any contact about vouchers, do I need to do anything to claim them? I followed all the right links?

Please could somebody help - I took out the Sky deal last week, clicked through the links correctly etc and my transfer to Sky is progressing and Sky has a £100 M&S reward for after the line goes live. However, I have not heard anything from Voucher/Affiliate Window and have tried to contact them but with no reply. No email confirmation as others are getting and so am concerned now that they aren't going to pay. Could anyone please advise? We were given the link to sign up through but now everything seems to have disappeared off the MSE website and there's nowhere to look for support now we've signed up. Could staff please advise? It'll be so wrong if this thing doesn't go through after the hard sell.

Well im totally annoyed, when i tried to get the deal mine wouldnt process, i tried for 8.30pm to 11.59pm on the daedline day to no avail.
Icontacted Sky who tell me what i already know - the deal has now expired!! Annoyed as something somewhere wasnt working!!0 -

I am in the same boat as you. All went through correctly through the Affiliate Window etc, and while the Sky side seems to be ok, I haven't heard a thing from Affiliate Window/VoucherWindow. And nowhere to get advice either - :mad:0 -

You're obviously luckier than me BJB1 ! From what I've read you need to create a sky account and claim the vouchers within 90 days..they aren't sent automatically apparently. What happened after you were emailed to say your code had been accepted, just out of interest?0

I Just phoned BT (my present crap service provider) and they have not been contacted by Sky and had no idea that I want out.
What can I do now???0
