I imagine so, as you have no contract.0 -
Ive just spent a long time trying to sign up for the deal, eventually with Sky live help doing it with me. They confirm that the link doesn't work.
For me its ok until i try to confirm availability then it goes back to the start.
although this is clearly Sky's page they say its the mse link at fault.
Can you help please? You never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0 -
just got an email saying - here is your first £25 voucher ........something not going as I thought it should here......but I do have 14 days ? cancellation...and I will, if there's not £192 total.....to new customers of Sky talk / BB is how I read it - not as completely new to SkyAs Martin says - please be nice - there is no such thing as a stupid question !0

Hi
Just received my email from Sky with a voucher for £25.00! I do have Sky tv but after reading the MSE offer was under the impression the £192 offer applied to customers who were new to Sky BROADBAND....
Am I wrong? If so I will be cancelling - I knew it was too good to be true0 -
Hi can someone help,
The sky deal you have at the moment for £15.40 a month with £192 M&S vouchers doesn't say this excludes sky tv customers, unless I've missed it? I just went to get this offer and it says because I already have sky tv at this address I can't get this deal but it doesn't state that on this website.
My current broadband and telephone package is with another company so why wouldn't the sky broadband and landline deal with the voucher work?
Cheers

My virgin contract is just ending and I have been with them over last 15 years.....I am nervous of changing to sky,....plus I know nothing about tech stuff so my questions will seem silly but. I Hope someone can help me.....
I see that the deal is for broadband and line rental and that sky send out a router .....would I need a dish too?
can anyone tell me how this will work for me? Do i do it all myself?
If I sign up virgin will come and take there box away how would I receive tv?
Would I keep my telephone number and it be a seamless a nod simple transfer re the phoneline or do I need a BT. line?
Thanks.0 -

On the MSE site it says its only chargeable for new lines or switch from cable.
Called Sky and they say there's nothing they can do about it and I need to speak to MSE.
Anyone got any clues / ideas?
I had the same issue yesterday when I signed up. Is it because my old line was with Talk Talk?
Also, Where do we see confirmation of the vouchers? I only signed because the vouchers make it worthwhile.0 -
i am moving to an area that is not covered by the unlimited broadband deal and sky connect came up it is £17 pm not £15.40pm. Would i still get the £192 vouchers anyone thanks0

For just broadband and phone , you do not need a dish. Sky will deal with the line and send you a router with very easy self setup instructions.
If you subscribe to Sky tv, you will need a dish and they will provide and fit this, plus a box, as part of your package.
However, if this is not the case, you will need an aerial to watch Freeview channels, assuming your tv is a Freeview model. If not you will need a set top box or a PVR, such as a Humax, if you want to record.
I've not mentioned Freesat, as you don't appear to have a dish.0 -
