Hi All
This is my first post!!
I have been trying to purchase this offer since Sat and no joy. I follow the link which takes me to sky. I fill in all my details then it does a customer status check. Which for some reason keeps saying I already have an account!! which I don't!
I rang sky and they said that there was no account under my name and to contact mse and its an error on there part and nothing they can do!!! someone help!!
I don't want to miss out on a years free broadband and vouchers!!
Hi, I am having that exact same problem. Did you get any further forward with it?0 -

I had this same issue. I think it had something to do with the email address I was using. As I used to have a sky account a few years ago, and I have a feeling that my email address was still in their system, hence it was rejecting me. As soon as I used a different email address it went straight through.
Of course it could have just been coincidence, but thought I'd share nonetheless.
Good luck.0 -

I am planning to switch from Talktalk to sky using the £192 deal moneysavingexperts is providing.
The question is this:
my current contract with Talktalk ends in October, is it okay if I start with the Sky contract before it terminates? (I want to know if anything bad would happen as two different providers will try to provide me with internet) I cannot ends the talktalk contract early without paying for a termination charge.
PS: I don't care about changing landline numbers etc. this is a rented property and I don't actually have a landline phone though I am paying for it.0 -
You can't have 2 providers on the same line. Sky will take over from Talk Talk and you will have to pay any outstanding charges to Talk Talk if you change before your minimum term is up.0

I'm attempting to apply for this as existing Sky TV customer but it states the M&S voucher is for £25 not £100 !! (email sent but not sure I'll get a reply before the offer closes) so yes working but not actually 'ordered' yet0

Do you know if I will need to pay an early termination fee? I have already paid the bill for the last month of my contract.0 -
I have the same question - my minimum term with TT ends on 11 Nov. When do I call to cancel the services with TT and when do I call Sky to order the services (I understand I cannot specify a date with Sky... )0
