  • It seems if you already have Sky TV the £100 voucher becomes a £25 voucher. I have no idea if you still get anything from Affiliate Window?

The offer is for new customers, so if you are an existing customer or have recently left (Over 12 months away qualifies you as new), you do not qualify.
  • Note: The offer is only open Sky newbies (incl those who left 12+ months ago).
If you have Sky TV with them already you dont qualify.

Dont think this is the case
As Martin says - please be nice - there is no such thing as a stupid question ! ;)

I believe that oldharryrocks (post #11) was having problems, checked things out and found that this was so.
  • they still want to charge you £20 for line 'transfer'. anyone know if that is correct as MSE says that it is only when you transfer from cable
  • does not say anything about having tv - for new broadband / phone customers

If you have TV surely your already classed as a customer of Sky. In another thread in the broadband section a poster also said they couldn't get the offer because they already had tv. Also in post 16 another poster suggests you don't qualify for deal if you have TV already.
  • Woopie!! All sorted. Once you fill out the form via the MSE special link you should get an email from 'Voucher Window' confirming you've been accepted and then you just go to sky.com and sign up for Broadband Unlimited (without TV). Any other options are more expensive and I don't know if you would be eligible for the £92 voucher.

The email from voucher window states:
"Simply continue through the journey online and we’ll match up your details and send you the additional £92."

You need to use the same email for the voucher form and Sky :)
  • I have the same problem as the 2nd poster.

When I go through the link from MSE to complete the purchase with Sky, they still want to charge me a £20 one-off fee for phone line transfer.
On the MSE site it says its only chargeable for new lines or switch from cable.
Called Sky and they say there's nothing they can do about it and I need to speak to MSE.
Anyone got any clues / ideas?

Hi all - I switched from my iPhone to a friend's laptop & it went through smoothly. My only misgiving was at the payment stage as they only wanted a £5 token payment to verify my bank card. I had assumed (maybe wrongly?) that to get the deal you had to pay the £191.75 upfront/all in one go. However, the system stated that £15.40 would be debited monthly. Was this everyone else's experience too?
