Hi. Signed up to sky last month. Was really pleased with deal. Received £100 M&S voucher within a week of connection but have nit heard hide nor hair from AFfiliate Window. As this was negotiated by MSE with Affiliate Window, can no one there check this out for those of us missing vouchers please?0

Today i received,via email,the final £92.. it was a great deal ! Thanks0

Got £100 no bother from Sky, but nothing from Affiliate Window so I emailed them and go a nice reply from Kate who said it may take 90 days from sign up. I emailed back and said thanks and that I was hoping to use vouchers for Christmas but never mind. Lo and behold Voucher for £192 arrived yesterday ( NB it arrived in SPAM folder!) so take heart everyone who is waiting0

Can i ask what date you signed up please.
I signed up on 10.9 14 but have not received the £92 yet.0 -
I have not received either the £100 M & S vouchers or the £92, despite being told by affiliate window it would take up to 90 days and I signed up and paid on 5th Sept 2014. My order says we will "normally" receive our vouchers within 2 weeks of setting up but it could take up to 45 days - it is now 63 days. Affiliate Window said "up to 90 days" for the £92 vouchers. Help MSE - you marketed this!
Also by some coincidence haha we received this week notification from Sky (beware: it looks like junk mail) saying our line rental is going up by £1 per month from 1st Dec and there are hikes on the phone call charges too. Does anyone know if this is actually allowed on an annual contract? Is this what they call "small-print" and if so how did I miss it? I went through everything.0 -

Of course they can raise prices. However, such increases will also allow you to cancel early with no penalty if you so desire.0 -
I must say, I have never had another contract where the prices were increased before the year is out. This is a first for me. Yes they do say you can leave if you are within your "minimum contract period" (what's this?) and also by giving 30 days' notice, by which time the new prices on 1st Dec would have kicked in. I will never trust Sky again - would anyone else? And would I trust MSE's "unbeatable" offers? What strikes me is that if I were to give notice (if I could) - and what a hassle that would be - would I lose my vouchers which I haven't yet heard a dickie bird about!?0

It's very common for utilities which are very rarely a set amount for 12 months unlike insurance products. I'm surprised you haven't come across it before.0 -
We had TalkTalk for 2 years and before them Plusnet and neither increased the monthly deal. Our monthly gym payments are identical along with everything else on Direct Debit, but as you say, our utilities are with NPower and are all over the place. That was also via Martin's Money Saving and have umpteen complaints in the forum. I need to do a switch asap. Life with quarterly bills from British Gas, London Electricity and BT, used to be so simple, does anyone remember?0

You appear to be very confused about the nature of contracts you agree to. Just because some other providers (and your gym) had no price increase during your tenure with them, it is not automatic that this will always be the case.
A few years ago, Sky had a similar price freeze, which is probably why Talk Talk didn't raise their prices for you. Talk Talk are also raising prices this December:
