sky broadband new £192 deal m&s gift

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone can help me. We switched our broadband to sky beginning of October when the £180 deal for M&S vouchers was valid. I have received £100 worth of vouchers from sky but they are saying the other £80 comes through a website linked to martins money tips. I haven't received this email so therefore am missing £80 from the deal. Has anyone got the same deal and can point me in the direction of someone who can help me retrieve the extra money?

There seems to be a lot of complaints about this deal via the affiliate’s link to a M&S voucher. You would think one of the forum moderators would have been able to through some light on this or have a way to contact whoever is running the affiliate program so they might say what’s going on.
At the end of the day it’s not looking good for the money savings expert’s sites reputation if this type of problem was getting around.

Disappointing that you haven't had any response from MSE on this Lexy. I too have been patiently waiting for my 'additional' vouchers and decided today to enquire as to what has happened. I thought it was too good to be true :-(

Like so many of you I also got the £100 voucher from sky (it arrived really quickly) but I've never received the £92 one. Has anyone had any joy in following up where it's got to? It did say they had 3months to send me it but the 3months is up! Or any advice regarding who I should contact would be much appreciated.

I'm a bit miffed that I got a letter from sky saying my subscription was going up 'to cover the cost of of improving the customer experience' as I only signed up since it was such a good deal. Not the end of the world but seemed a bit cheeky of sky!

I had to chase up the £92 from "Affiliate Window" using the email address above.

When they got back to me, they said there was no record of me. Although I DEFINITELY followed the instructions in the original email they sent me, they now say that I did not follow the 'trackable link' and therefore they have no record of me and I will not get the £92.

This is so frustrating, because I know that I DID follow the link from the email. Has anyone else had this problem??

MSE negotiated a special deal on broadband and landline, available 5-11 Sept 2014 only. You had to pay a year's line rental up front, but you were promised £110 M&S vouchers to arrive soon (they did) plus £92 further vouchers from "Affiliate Window" to arrive a bit later (they have not arrived). Sky deny having any knowledge of how to seek out the £92.00 worth of vouchers and simply tell you to ask MSE. Has anyone else had experience of this problem?

Just received my £100 Amazon voucher after much chasing up on the phone.
