  • I will certainly post on many other forums I use to avoid offers from money saving expert affiliates if I don’t get the £92 voucher promised. I will also leave Sky at the end of my 12 month contract & give them the reason.

    I also went for this deal on 10/09/2014, was set up within two weeks and promptly recieved the £100 M&S vouchers from Sky but am still waiting for the £92 voucher as promised from affiliatewindows.com. I have the confirmation email to say my voucher code had been accepted and would recieve the vouchers within 90 days. I've been relentless in emailing affiliate windows every month that passed for an update. I was told I was in the queue to be reviewed and that the vouchers may take longer than expected, I then recieved an email stating that the 90 days had run over so I had to email my details including installation date and Sky account number, which I did, I got an email saying that I would hear back from someone within 24 working hours and here I am, still waiting for a reply. I'm keen to know if anyone else has had their vouchers and how to go about reporting them to trading standards as they are breaking the terms and conditions set out in the agreement.

    If you use skyvoucher@affiliatewindow.com they should get back to you, I got this deal back in sept and recieved the £100 voucher from Sky within a week of installation but am having to send emails back & forth to affiliate window to find out what's going on with the £92!! Although it's reassuring other people have gotten theirs I'm concerned I may have to take further action against this company as they have broken the terms and conditions of the deal which was that the vouchers would arrive within 90 days of installation. Hope this helps?!?

    Hi,I have been experiencing same as other users on here! First with e-mails to a joshua who said i had to wait 90 days and if I had gone through process correctly I would be successful! Then 3 e-mails with kate saying same thing until I e-mailed kate beginning of last week where she replied to my e-mail telling me that my order had not tracked and to e-mail skyvoucher@affiliatewindow.com with my sky account number,home address,when I ordered,when i was installed and e-mail address! An unknown person e-mailed back next day ( Wednesday 10/12/2014) and this is the transcript of e-mail Hi,I hope you are well.
    Apologies for having to give us this detail a few times. We have been transferring customers over to a ticketing system to improve our response times and some data didn't transfer properly.
    We are looking into this now and will give you an update tomorrow.
    We are aiming to order vouchers tomorrow so we will give you a delivery estimate then.
    Shouldn't be long at all now.
    Thanks No reply so I e-mailed back yesterday ( Monday 15/12/2014) with my views on their efforts,which were very forthright and await their reply but not holding my breath! SURELY MSE SHOULD BE INTERVENING ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMERS WHO TOOK OUT THIS OFFER!!! or is this the norm on this site?

    Still haven't had my £92 m&s vouchers which I signed up with Sky in sept..does anyone know a contact / help desk....frustrating as you can't get hold of MSE staff as they can specifically help you..too impersonal...
  • Hi,I went through to MSE missing voucher site on here and now a gentleman named David replied yesterday that he was forwarding my details to sky directly to deal with my case! I did explain to him that it was affiliate windows who were the company that had let me down but he said this was the way forward in this matter. I initially spent weeks and many e-mails with Kate irwin and others at affiliate windows and after many excuses and promises that voucher was on way eventually gave up on that line of enquiry and turned directly to MSE for closure to this matter. Hope that helps and maybe you will have to go through same procedure to find satisfaction in your case with affiliate windows! Regards Colin.   • Ive just had email from Kate at affiliate Windows saying my vouchers for £92 are being dispatched. I had to provide joining date, email postal address account number & was asked for email used to set up voucher window, don't know what that was. First voucher of £100 came through very quickly, I signed up early September so beware second voucher may need chasing up.
  • Just to say that my voucher has arrived after many e-mails and concerns but with the tenacity of a dog after a bone it has finally arrived as promised today by Kate Irwin at affiliate windows,hope this helps :T
