Got my £92 gift voucher today.
I spoke to Affiliate Window and you can wait up to 90 days from date your line was activated, not the date you signed up.
I am sure every one will get theirs.
Just in time for my Xmas shopping.

Just like to share my experience:

1. 10 Sept: sign up for the MSE Sky broadband + phone line deal
2. 14 Oct: phone line installed and broadband activated
3. 15 Oct: £100 M&S e-gift card received from Sky. Email title: "Great News! Your Incentive is Ready!"
4. 3 Dec (today): £92 M&S e-gift card received from M&S. Email title "Your M&S E-Gift Card" :rotfl:

Needless to say. I am extremely happy with the "deal", even though Sky has put up the monthly phone line rental by £1 pm.

Hello, i need help iv got the £100 M&S vouchers coming from sky but cant find email for the £92 i clicked through as it said from the MSE website but still not recieved anything

this is what it said in the MSE email -

WOW. Line rent & b'band £191.75 over a year (£15.40/mth) but get £192 M&S vchs. MSE Blagged. Starts Fri for 6 days. We've blagged that Sky newbies (if you've not had it in 12mths) signing up pay £15.40/mth for line rent on a 12mth contract + £6.95 for a router and nothing for b'band for that time (£191.75 over the year, excl calls). They get £192 of M&S vouchers for doing it. If you'd have spent that at M&S anyway, factor it in, and staggeringly, you're 25p UP. Full details, pros, cons & exclusions in Hot b'band deal.

well I've had nothing but trouble and have no chance of getting before Christmas.
I e-mailed affiliate to see where my vouchers were and was told that they could see me in the queue and I had to wait 90 days.
90 days passed and still no voucher so I emailed again and was told they couldn't find me on their list. (what? were they lying before)
I now have sent them more e-mails with all my order details and forwarded the e-mail I had before saying I was on the list but I get no response from them.
Has anyone else been told they aren't on the list? have you had any luck?

I too signed up for this deal and have not received the £92 voucher from Voucher Window.
I think this is bad form that this site promoted the deal so much only for it to not get a response from their partner.
I have not heard back from Voucher Window in 6 days, even after I sent them a copy of their email and all my Sky details.:wall:

I just sent my details off to a lady called Kate. She got back to my 1st email in less than an hour. We we see what happens with the details i have just sent.

I have already tried that and Kate passed me the other email address. Now I have not heard from anyone. Brilliant service - NOT!

I too contacted Kate!!!! who passed me another email address.

Is there only one member of staff or are they all called Kate?

I am just putting this down to a lesson learned, THIS SITE has blatently misguided people to a deal that the provider isn't able to fulfil.
I guess this happens when the core values of the original owner are replaced!!!
