how do I make a serious complaint to Tesco?

My hearing is seriously impaired what duty does Tesco, Asda, Sky, O2 have to me legally in terms of service? What should I expect when I go through a checkout in any supermarket when I can't hear?
Certainly Tesco and Asda have hearing loop systems and I think Asda have people who can use sign language in some stores0 -
