the other side of the story is that he admitted he refused to help me and he is now being retrained.. just like the other drivers who have mocked me and refused to help. They have also been retrained... I'm not making this up or exaggerating. This is the 3rs time I have had difficulties with rude drivers. The one a few months ago shouted at me and wanted me to pull my top up and prove to him that I have indeed got bowel surgery scars and hernias.. and argued I was too young to have disabilities.. he was really aggressive, and this one said I wasn't normal and laughed at me. none of this is acceptable!

Why are you still using them? Stop giving them your money. I might let it go the first time it happened.....but three times would not happen. Shop elsewhere.

Occado didnt lift a finger the one and only time they came to me. This is the only reason they arent coming back.

Ocado delivered to my Son, carried shopping up 6 stone steps, through lounge to kitchen and unpacked as he had broken ribs and could not lift. He was delighted.

But they haven't and common sense says agreeing to just help the person is easy and cheap to do.

Yeah right can really see someone doing this, more than their jobs worth

Agreeing to help is fine if there is someone spare to help. My local filling station is only ever manned by one person. Where the air is situated he would have to leave the small shop, lock it up and make any other people wait. I don't believe that is fair in any way.

In that particular instance he'd need to remove the air supply which is unfair to others. To be fair I'd imagine that the vast majority of people who for whatever reason couldn't use it would simply bring along a friend or relative to help, but sometimes rules are plain daft.
    It's someone else's fault.

Your imagination is getting the better of you.

In the case where there was only one person manning it's highly unlikely the law is going to find them guilty of discrimination. They couldn't make adjustments easily.

I'm not responding to disbelieving repliers on here and I wish I had never started this thread.. the drivers have admitted what they said, and they have been retrained.. please get off my back , I asked whyo do complain to regarding Tesco's disability policies , I am NOT looking for an online flame war.. peace out people! regarding at to why I haven't switched providers, to reiterate for the 3rd time.. I have carers from a care agenbcy and I can only coordinate them to arrive whithin a 1 hr time slot and this fits in with Tesco as asda do a 2 hr slot and I can't afford the others.. I think this thread should be closed, I'm getting really p off with some of the replies, this is a really sensitive issue for me, especially as all of my surgeries were due to the result of me being a victim of medical negligence. ( thanks to all of the compassionate repliers though). I am not the one asking for air in my tyres , I just need my shopping carried in for me so my carers can put it away when they arrive. I won't be replying again or reading this thread.. feel free to amuse yourselves on here.
Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE :)

Erm, not all of the replies were making fun - I pointed out Tesco's written delivery T&Cs, which you could presumably use to reinforce your argument.

Anyway, hope it gets properly sorted out and the future ones work out for you!
