Hope you've all had a good day!

Just updating my totals. Had another SFD today but haven't done any exercise :( however I seem to have done about 30laps of my work today as I have been given the responsibility of organising a project which meant having to talk to a number of different staff numerous times who all kept moving around! Was a bit like a wild goose chase haha.

    Current totals:

    SFD's 3/15
    weight lost 0/7lb
    exercise 2/16
    groceries £57.95/£185
    spends £15/£60

What a day I have had! Hope you are all well.....

I left my bus pass at work (I think otherwise it's lost) so had a panic when I got home despite being let on the bus from the train station without showing a ticket cause they know me - however being uber hard core I WALKED with the moggy to the vet cause I REFUSE to spend more money on the bus.

Then it rained, and it poured and it dispensed monsoon weather just for my 30 minute dander with a temperamental scared puddy-tat in her new basket.

I managed a quick run to the local cheap Home Buys store for £10.22 worth of my £15 beauty budget. Obviously forgot one item but still came in under budget.

Puddy-tat was well behaved though despite the MASSIVE german shepherd snuffling round and going for every dog that moved...

Then I got a free bus home again...

Now I just need to get to the train station tomorrow without having to pay £1.90.

Yes I am THAT stingy now....:T:T:T

I have had to cancel my dance class for tomorrow as I have a job interview:eek:

Tomorrow will be a spend day as I need diesel to get to the interview and may need tights if I can't find anything in the drawer.

I am struggling with the 7 portions of f&v but hitting 5 and I'm not going to mention avoiding sugar cos it just ain't happening:o

Ooooo. Close one...had to take car to garage for a rattle...leave it for a while ....I will call you in about 30 minutes...
So had Mr T brekkie in mind...fried bread, black pudding etc...
WHAT ...a Costa coffee....it's 8 am ...what do I want with a b8888y muffin ?....so I stomped off back to the garage.

On arrival I had a freshly ground black coffee from their machine...
Things have moved on, it really grinds the beans, piping hot water, china cups......so part ordered I drove back home and cooked my own breakfast...then dozed as I was up all night coughing..

That's how my day continued...but Zero exercise..too tired...
After a visit to the doctor who has finally condescended to give me something for my sinusitis ...I am feeling better, able to breathe and not feel disconnected from my body..
So tomorrow another day and I will be able to drink from water bottle that does smell like bleach, thank you dolly they heavily chlorinate the water here...it kills the fresh water shrimps ?..:):)
So a nothing day all round but a NSD which is good..shopping later in the week...
    Keep on doing :T

    SFD 3! I'm on a roll haha!
Actually it's not been a great day, I've felt really odd and spaced out, my knee has been painful and I had a pain attack this afternoon after not having had one for over a year, it was horrible :(
DH came home early because of it and got the kids sorted for bed. I've actually not remembered a lot from the day if I'm honest.
A gentle Callanetics work out helped to get my breathing back to normal so I'm feel a touch more normal now. I hope tomorrow is a better day, I'm positive it will be.
    So scores so far

    SFD 3/10
    Exercise 2/12

I'm off to bed now as my brain is a bit mushy after today's weirdness.

Oh no! I wish you a super speedy recovery, it's awful! Fingers crossed plenty of rest will mean revival tomorrow xx

Bit of a long, boring day for me at work so achieved a SFD and also achieved a yoga day. Focusing on a binge free day tomorrow, I need some new trainers as mine have holes in them......budget is £20 for these. Hopefully I will find what I want under budget.....I get stingier by the day :money: Also got the car in for its MOT (I have already budgeted for this) so I know it's not going to be a SFD.

It's Pay day on Friday, just in time for welsh holiday Saturday. Can't wait! This will leave me with about £20 to move into next years holiday fund.......or should I say pay back bank of dad :rotfl:

Anyway I'm hoping for a play on wii fit in the morning before I go to the garage and hopefully a long walk while shopping tomorrow so better get to bed.

    Night all

    SFD - 2/12
    Exercise - 4/25
    Food - £19.58/£150
    Petrol - £19.05/£40
    Misc - £4.88/£150

    Morning folks :D

I was laughing reading about the kitties who won't go in their boxes to the vet :D I only have one cat now but had two until last year and neither of them ever went quietly. The only thing we found to work was to take their cat boxes out of the cupboard two days before the vet trip. This used to cause panic and cats-under-beds but we would just leave them in the living room and ignore the cat-panic and the box. Eventually the little eejits would use them to sleep in and we would simply shut the lid half an hour before we had to go to the vets :D

Today I'm going to have another SFD and am also going for my induction at the gym  Yesterday I managed over 6 miles of walking as there was a One Direction concert near my house and traffic was crazy so I walked nearly three miles until I could find a moving bus :rotfl:

All this cat and basket talk is making me giggle. My cat hates his basket and I have to trap him in the bathroom, scruff his and post him into his basket from the top. When he broke his leg, he had to go into his basket frequently. He took to pushing his bottom against the bars and weeing out the front of the basket, and always whilst I was driving. I took to covering his basket in a black bin bag during the short car journey.

Today is SFD number 2 and exercise session number 1. I went to my exercise class for 45 minutes and have done over 12000 steps since 4pm :) Couldn't wear my pedometer to work as I wore a fitted dress.

Hope you've all had a good day

The little monkey, only a cat would think to do that:rotfl:.

Xspender - good luck with the interview.

MrsGSR - Hope you feel better today.

Mr Cobes - I suffer from sinusitis too, you have my sympathy, hope it clears up soon.

Today will be a SFD, that will make 4 of the 20 target. I am working this morning and then will hopefully get out for a dog walk in the dry but that doesn't look promising at the moment. Gym this afternoon then after tea I need to collect my Avon books (with lots of orders hopefully) then a run.

I have an Avon customer who is really annoying me, she is an older lady and she orders foundation which she then sends back as too dark, she is very pale and I suggested she order a lighter colour, she got on her high horse so I said 'you are very fair so these colours will be too dark' to which she replied 'I'm not wearing make up at the moment so of course I'm pale'. I think I will just stop dropping a book off in future as I'm wasting lots of time and not making any money.

    Have a good day folks.
