:T:T:T The June Overhaul!!! :T:T:T

Earn £££ while losing LB's...:):):)
Welcome one and all to the 30 day June Overhaul! This is where you get to challenge your debt AND your fitness levels. Yes you heard it right - time to step up the debt busting game and use those step-up's to lose a bit of weight and get healthy. See what I did there..?:rotfl:
Month by month - we here at NSK towers challenge each other in the debt busting game, encourage each other when things go wrong (and there always is a chance they will) and cheer each other when we achieve our goals no matter how small.
You can join us if you want to change your life!
As we clear out debts, we clear our lives. Of things that tie us down, make us unhappy, look untidy, feel wrong and don't fit our lives any more. The idea of clearing our debts is to improve our life - right?!? Well we need to be healthy in order to enjoy this debt free life don't we?
That's the aim of the game for this month. Not to tell you what to do but to give you some encouragement however you decide to do it. The rules this month are again kept simple - you know how I roll - but again I ask for is simple honesty.
So the focus... health and happiness. Pushing more towards that debt free day. Please don't think that the debt busting has taken a side step - oh no dear reader - fitness and debt busting can run hand in hand.... Oh yes it can!!!
So these are the rules - short and simple... do you think you can keep up..?:p:p:p
Please do NOT repost the entire list of rules. It makes the thread unnecessarily long. If you are putting your name down it means you are playing the game. I don't need to know which applies to you... I expect them all to. If one does not apply (because you do it already) then that's great but it now falls under my rules as does everything else. I might be a taskmaster at times, my CAPITAL lettering is simply for emphasis (not shouting) but remember I have been in debt and I respect everyone of you and this journey and above all my way works!!!
- This challenge will commence on the 01st June @ 00:00 and end on the 30th June @ 23:59.
- You will aim for 10 Spend Free Days (SFD's) plus an added extra of your choice... so another 4, another 9. You decide!
- Pay towards your debt first!!! This is imperative. You have your debt free date in mind I hope! Well calculate how much you need to pay per month to reach it - and pay that first! Live off the rest!
- Set your budgets now. What you are spending on food, what you are spending on petrol and what you are using as a back up plan or miscellaneous budget. Set that money aside and stick to it for the month.
- You need to incorporate 3 full and proper exercise sessions a week. These are to get the heart rate up. The cleaning or iroing doesn't count. It has to be 20 minutes minimum as well - I don't care what you do but MAKE IT COUNT!
- Now ... heres the important one. Make every effort to use your everyday routine to add an "extra" session of fitness wherever you can. Walk up the excalator or take the stairs, do some lunges as you vacuum, take the littles out for a fast paced walk around the park twice, take the stairs at home two at a time, take the stairs at work instead of the lift at least on your way home (down) until you get enough energy to do them on the way to work (up). You know what I mean.. in every way possible add little extras to your day and don't look for the 'easy" option all the time.
- And finally Plan Plan Plan. Be prepared for what is coming your way. Do you need to get more cat/dog food..? Prep now so you don't have to use your credit card or panic. Preparation is the key to success.
Oh yeah! That's it! Told you it would be simple!
Let's see who's capable!...:T:T:T
Remember - we are here to support not chastise. If this challenge is not for you please move on. There are a multitude of great challenges to get involved in. This kind of thing is not for everybody - but we get results. This challenge is purely to retrain your brain about how you spend (not dictate) but I do expect all Tributes to abide by these rules.
Simples!!!
Simples!!!
