I didnt need to google I am quite aware of what the username stands for and find it offensive to see it used on here. I am interested to know how the poster argues against using children as pawns but is happy to pick this as a username with all its connotations?
I suppose why you are interested to know is for a seperate thread?
I and many do not find it offensive as we have no allegiance to the Scottish Premiership league and whatever goes on around it or off the pitch.
But back on topic, what is the OP to do?...0 -

I am sorry but it also works the other way I get fed up with people saying poor old fathers. I am one of those women who get punished by their ex husbands by not being able to see their childen thro brainwashing of the kids , guess what my ex also moved with my children who I have fought thro solicitors and courts to see but to no avail and don't know where they are. I did not walk out on my children I was physically and emotionally abused and had to go for my own safety. There are lots of women in my situation but we suffer in silence most of the time,it just makes my blood boil for the poor old dads. Takes two to make a marriage it also takes two to destroy one...
I thought you of all people would have nothing but sympathy for the millions of Fathers in the same position you find yourself in today....We’ve had to remove your signature. Any decent man would understand that the Mum of the child needs to know the address of where her daughter is going. Its basic common sence.
I wouldnt have any time for someone playing silly games like this and unless he was prepared to give the proper address then she wouldnt be going. Never mind how well he looked after her etc.
Last thing the Mum wants is for the daughter to go missing and for her not to be able to tell the police where she was.0 -

A person who would be prepared to take this stance, is the only one that would be playing silly games, just because an address had not been provided. I wouldn't like to be in their shoes as the child grew up, resenting them for keeping them apart from the parent they were forced to lose contact with. The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0 -
If you think he is a good father and have no concerns about his parenting why do you want his address? Surely if the child is ill he would contact you and if you have a contact number that should suffice. What purpose does it serve knowing the address? No Matter what you do there will be critics.0

Personally, I would hate not having an address (despite knowing it's not very rational because he could the child to stay elsewhere) but, legally, he doesn't have to provide one.
If the mother refuses contact on the basis of not having an address, the court would find against her.
OP - If he's refusing because he knows it's going to wind you up, stop reacting to his games.
I don't think that's true. My ex wanted to take our children to the other end of the country without giving me an address. I said no. He threatened court action so my solicitor told him to go ahead. Her take on it was that of 3 local judges, 2 would 100% order him to give the address and the other would order it 95% of the time. With no history of harassment on my part, there was no reason whatsoever not to give me an address other than to be difficult. In the end, he gave an address (after he sought legal advice) and that was the end of the matter.0 -

because it's just reasonable, isn't it, that either parent should know the address that their child is based at when with the other parent? that there are 1001 reasons why knowing that address might one day be essential to the well-being, health or safety of the child? because surely when you split up with someone you have years of co-parenting ahead of you with, you would want to be transparent and reasonable because at some point, you will need them to be transparent and reasonable with you? Do you think it reasonable that the OP moves house with the children and doesn't let her ex know about it?0 -

Very little to do with football and more to do with using a case of child abuse as the basis of a username and a campaign of slander.
Which is why I asked the poster why he thought using children as pawns is unacceptable in some cases but not in the case of his username?
Nothing to do with agreeing or disagreeing with "politics" either.0
