    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Being a violinist, I'm somewhat biased.

    Definitely play it to the baby, we played lots of music to our son before he was born and he's now quite the musician. :)
