  • I signed up through MSE site for EE broadband deal with £120 Amazon vouchers,
But have had no correspondence about them, where are they? On phoning EE they in formed me that it is nothing to do with them, so how do I get in touch with
MSE site? Any advice please would be welcome.
  • Has anyone had their £120 voucher yet? How long was it meant to take?

Does anyone know how we claim this voucher or is it done automatically? EE and Amazon know nothing they say its down to MSE website to supply them!!! MSE do you know what's happening?
  • I am trying to speak to someone about the elusive Amazon voucher. When I followed the link from MSE it said complete your registration with EE first. So I did. Then when submitting the voucher it said that I needed to then complete the registration process. When I speak to EE they say that the voucher is nothing to do with them, and I need to talk to MSE, but there is a lack of meaningful contact details on the MSE site.
Any suggestions on how to get the voucher?

+1 I've been signed up for over a month now. No sign of the voucher and I haven't a clue how to ask about this. MSE are quick to criticise others, but how do we go about criticising MSE!

With all the technology these days the only way to get in contact with MSE regarding this issue is to write to them at MoneySavingExpert.com, 19-22 Rathbone Place, London, W1T 1HY. Why we can't email the enquiry I don't know! Has anyone had their voucher yet?

This issue is discussed on several threads scattered about this forum, but MSE don't allow links (even to other threads in the forum!) so I can't show you where they are. Someone does say that something similar happened a year or two ago, and the vouchers came flying in at the end of the three month period. So perhaps we should be patient. OTOH, I did find someone complaining he had been waiting over 4 months, but he never followed up his post.

I've signed up for the EE offer with £120 Amazon voucher today. Install of new phone line booked for mid-July :)

MSE said the installation of the phone line was £60, but it turned out to be £30. The email from EE said:

There is a standard new line connection charge of £60 which will appear on your first bill.

To say thanks for joining EE Broadband, we'll halve your installation charge, saving you £30. The discount will appear on your broadband bill within 30 days of your broadband service being activated.

They also said "Your gift certificate will be sent by Amazon.co.uk to the email address provided, within 3 months from connection and valid for a period of 10 years."

Should be here in time to buy christmas prezzies ;)

Excellent deal. £192 for new line and 1 year broadband with £120 cash back is by far the best deal I've seen.

I currently have my broadband with Orange (EE), never had a problem and it has been £5 per month for years.
Got letter recently, saying it's going up to £12 per month!
Saw this MSE offer, so thought I'd go for that.
Put my details in for the amazon voucher, got redirected to EE. It showed the cheap broadband package at £2 somthing per month. Had to tap in my postcode to 'check availability', then lo and behold the cheap broadband option had disappeared, and the cheapest available is £9.95 per month.
HMPH. I know £9.95 + £11 line rental is cheaper than what they intend to put me up to anyway - but why promote a cheap rate and then it not be available.
