I got the confirmation email in regards to the voucher, it did go into my Junk Mail though and it was from voucher window
Are you referring to the pre-purchase "Thank you for registering" email, or did you receive another email after signing up with EE which confirmed the Amazon voucher offer?0 -
Yeah after looking again it is a thank you for registering email. Will need to watch this closely I guess, but i'm sure Martin will sort it all out for us if we get shafted!!Thanks to all the competition posters.0

Why are MSE promoting the worst telco of 2013
http://www.cnet.com/uk/news/ee-rated-worst-mobile-network-in-2013/
Do you really expect their broadband to be any better?
Really?0 -
I've been an EE customer for years and years and years (since one2one days...) and I've never had any problems of any kind, despite a bit of a hiccup when they were completing the transition from T-Mobile to EE...never had any problems.
They've recently got in touch in regards to EE Broadband (moved a few months back, only recently got round to changing my address on the file), and I've been thinking about getting shut of BT for other reasons I won't go into here.
Now, even with this offer, and never having had problems with EE, I'm dubious about the switch, I've not heard good things about EE Broadband, can anyone verify if its any good?October 2014 challenge: £111.44/310
November 2014 challenge: £106.62/300
Missing December out - see you all in January0 -
I signed up about a month ago - it wasn't straight forward because there was a fault on the line which needed sorting before it would work (although sky had worked fine!) but they came and sorted it for no charge. I had forgotten about the Amazon voucher so was just checking it wasn't a scam, because it doesn't say it's from EE.
Pretty impressed so far! Hope you all get your vouchers!0 -
Signed up in May and just received my £120 voucher.
The broadband works really well for me so it's been an excellent deal all round.0 -
same here, signed up in May, only got 'Thank you for registering' email, but received Amazon voucher (from Awin in partnership with MSE) yesterday and have had no problems with EE broadband so far!0

Glad to hear people are getting their vouchers without problems! Sadly, early signs are that my EE switch is not going well. My confirmation letter "confirms" that they are transferring a phone line with a number which is not mine! I guess this means they are planning to either transfer the wrong line completely (and start billing me for somebody else's line without giving me any service?!) or randomly change my phone number…..0

Update (if anybody cares!): after chasing round different EE departments getting contradictory accounts of what's happening, I'd had enough of this company and decided to cancel the switch under the cooling off period.
It then took me 20 minutes on the phone, being passed around different departments, being bribed with offers of M&S vouchers and put on hold, and threatening to go to OFCOM, to actually get them to cancel. Or at least, to claim they've cancelled - we'll see if they actually have on transfer day!
I don't think there are enough Amazon vouchers on the planet to persuade me to have anything to do with EE again….0 -
I signed up for the £132 upfront /£9.95 reduced to £2.50 a month Broadband/ Amazon voucher deal.
All went very smoothly until I logged on to my EE account to check the first bill. £132 line rental, fine. £25.70 a month for the Broadband???
Called EE and spoke to two people who both said there was no record of me signing up for the £2.50 deal. Which is strange because I had an email from them the day I signed up detailing that very package. Zara agreed to amend my account but said nothing could be done about the first bill so would refund the difference on the next bill.
Such a simple deal yet they make things so complicated. Waiting to see what happens on my second bill.0
