I tried to sign up for this offer. Got onto the EE page and theres a lovely big banner for the offer.

Right under it is buy now deals at 26 a month + 15.60 line rental and then another offer at £21 a month

Wheres the buy now button for the proper offer.

I hate deception like this. Why not be honest and put up a note that says sorry you are not in our network for this deal

I've not got that far yet as not an EE customer, but just been into an EE store to get a free PAYG SIM. Min top up was only £5, not £10 stated in the article.

I just went to get a free sim too, they made me put £5 on in the shop. Do have to add another £5 onlline to get the BB deal? Also they have given me a t-mobile sin, the packet says EE on it but the card is just a pink t-mobile one. Have I got the right thing?

I assume with this deal you can't have topcashback as well as the amazon voucher, is this right?

    Thanks.

Don't see why the minimum for the offer would be £10 top up, I think the article is just wrong in stating that the min top up is £10. It's just whether you are a customer or not. At £5 you are still a customer, just a cheap one!

Not sure on the topcashback as well. Wouldn't do it in case they don't give you the amazon voucher! Yes Orange / T-mobile will be fine as both run by EE. Mine's orange.

All done an order has gone through!

Not really sure what happens next the EE site / confirmation email quite unclear - does anyone know if I need to cancel with my existing provider (Sky) or is it like switching energy supplier and EE will let them know etc etc?

I'm also thinking of signing up for this. Does anyone know if EE broadband is OK?

I would hate to be stuck with hopeless broadband for a year. Currently have Sky unlimited which is used for general surfing and seems fine.

However OH sometimes streams videos or plays xbox online and he would want it to be ok for that too.

Do I need to register a new sim before applying, I have been trying to do so but the EE website keeps timing out. I tried using my phone but it says I can't register with the number I have been given. I knew there where a few hoops to jump through for this offer but I must say even at the first stage I am not very impressed with EE. Even the guy in the shop was a moron! I will give it another go tonight but it really should not be this hare!

I tried to complete the online ordering form and had an on-line chat with one of their people, who wasn't to helpful, i asked about the pay for 12 months upfront as it wasn't showing on the form only 15.40 monthly and he said it would update on the next page, it didn't, i am up to clicking to join but hesitate as i want the best deal, and this doesn't look like it. any help please Martin.... also i called BT as i am paying £40.00 a month and they said they could get it down to £21.15 if i paid them £141.00 upfront, i am happy with BT apart from the price, anybody got any views, they also said that EE would slow down the service as they buy 50 lines off BT and if they get 250 customers in my box area they would slow down if all on at same time, they said it doesn't happen with BT as they limit the number op people on the line.
    Titch :)

I filled in the form to see what broadband would be available but then left it to think if I wanted to change. I was at work at the time. My partner later got a call on the house landline from EE saying you accessed our site etc and was quite rude to her. Nowhere did it say we will be contacting you if you fill in this form etc. So they've lost my business. I hate companies like that.
