Thank you.
I have done it like you said. They could at least write the first payment must be via CC in order to register. It would make life a lot easier.0 -
Got my 6GB data only SIM from Carphone Wharehouse (Tmobile/EE) through the post. I asked their customer service if the SIM was time limited they said not. Turns out it has to be used up within 90 days. Still, for 20quid I decided to keep it. Probably pay through the nose when (if) I come to top it up.Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc0

Argos were selling these sims (nano & micro) for £14.99... what price from Carphone Warehouse?0 -

Have people had luck with credit card refunds? I ordered a sim about 10 days before they went under but hadn't used it at all.
I emailed nationwide and they have replied with a load of demands, and say they will need to contact the company. They seem to have ignored the bit where I said they are bankrupt. I don't think they will be picking up any phones or writing any letters back.
I think I will just ring up. What have other people's experiences been?0 -

A family member was sent a dispute form by their CC provider. They were advised on the phone to tick the box saying the provider is no longer trading/in administration.
I'd be firm with them and suggest they go ahead and contact Ovivo.0 -

Hi,
OVIVO Mobile was closed down on the evening of Wednesday 19th March 2014, I need a supplier who can supply me on the Vodafone network due to coverage problems where I live, before I go directly to Vodafone (£9 per month for 300 mins, 500 texts, 250 GB on a 12 month contract) can anyone suggest a better deal? Voda told me based on my usage to go PAYG would cost me in the region of £35-£40 per month.
Apparently I only use about 183 mins, 110 texts and 6MB per month.
Thanks.POWER TO THE PEOPLE - STICK IT TO THE MAN!0 -
