You can transfer the number to any other network on a PAYG tariff, it doesn't cost anything to do so and you'll know you can continue to receive calls and texts with the option to make outgoing calls if needed.quick question. i can still recieve texts on my number that was on ovivo, how long will that continue for if network is dead ?0 -
Considering the web site is going off line on 10th April I would not hang around. I realise that the web site going is no guarantee that service will stop, but why take the risk?quick question. i can still recieve texts on my number that was on ovivo, how long will that continue for if network is dead ?0 -
I paid for my SIM on a Tesco Credit Card. I've filled in the claim forms, but they say I need to prove that I've not used any of the £15 credit to get a refund. Obviously that's no possible I can no longer access my on-line account.
Is this a dead end, so should I ask them to prove that I had used some credit.0 -
You can check the balance by typing in a short code on the phone. Take a picture of the balance and use that as your evidence.I paid for my SIM on a Tesco Credit Card. You will find it more difficult to claim a refund the longer you've had the SIM and not used it. No harm in trying though.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

The only thing that's left of Ovivo on the website is the page telling you how to get your pac code by a certain time.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.

The short code for your Ovivo balance is: *#1455# and, amazingly, it still works.Busylizzie wrote: »What is the code please?
You don't text it, just dial: *#1455# <call>

Had confirmation today that 3 claims I made through Paypal (I bought 2 SIMs for myself and one as a present for someone else) have all been found in my favour, so a £20 refund in each case.
Very pleased! Hope other people have similar success.0
