I actually know one of the women in that program. They tried for about 7 years and had a really tough time, I don't think the program shows how tough the pregnancy was for her.
The programme was quite light touch, felt it could of covered their background stories a bit more.
Thanks for all your congrats (when I saw the doc he said you just needed to relax and then it would happen........ I promptly said what a load of rubbish! why didn't we get pregnant in the first six months we were so laid back then!! )Recently married and loving it x0 -

Hi all
nothing new for me. Just waiting for my period to come. Thought it would come last week but instead I was ovulating.
Did anyone else who had a chemical pregnancy experience a long wait for their period? My last period was mid January.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0 -
Afternoon ladies, hope everyone's had a lovely weekend
Decided to have a batch cooking day so having a cuppa while things are in the oven. Think I may have been somewhat optimistic how much I'd get done, have managed 2 steak and ale pies, got a huge pot of goulash in the oven ( 3 meals for the 2 of us ) and a quiche in the other oven. Had planned on making chicken curry for tea, found a slimming world recipe I wanted to try, and was going to make some cakes to take into work tomorrow but I've been in the kitchen for hours now and think I've had enough
I'm in a bit of a pickle about what time to have my injection tonight with the clocks changing. I normally have it at 6, but obviously if I have it at 6 tonight it's technically an hour early, so do I now wait and have it at 7? Also means my morning injections are screwed up, I can't have that one an hour later as I'll be driving to work at that time.New House... New Mortgage! February 2017: £144,000

chocoholic - could you compromise and do it at 6.30pm tonight then go back to 6pm tomorrow? I wouldn't have thought it mattered that much though, when I've had a day 7 or day 10 scan they've told me to hold off doing my jab until after the scan (in case they needed to change the dose) - on those days I was doing my injection about 4 hours later than normal and the nurses said that was fine. xx0

Frozenpenguin - Yeah thats what I'm going to do, slowly adjust the time back to "normal".
I feel really illit started Saturday and I put it down to a meal we had, went out for some food Saturday lunchtime and it was really greasy. Warning of TMI but ended up on the loo most of Saturday afternoon, Sunday had no appetite at all, felt sick and lightheaded and actually passed out. Thought I was OK today, had something to eat earlier ( a bit of cake ) but it's made me feel really sick, I'm tired and feel faint again. Can't stomach the thought of eating my lunch so that bit of cake is all I've had so far today. I really don't know if it's all down to this meal and it's knocked me a bit, if it's off the drugs or if I've got some kind of bug but I feel really crappy today. I'm at the clinic tomorrow for another scan so think I'll mention it to them.

chocoholic - whereabouts in the process are you up to? Sorry, can't remember (memory is awful these days lol). Really hope you're feeling better now, but please keep an eye out for OHSS symptoms. Mine started with ahem.... toilet issues (let's draw a veil over that lol). Definitely worth mentioning to the clinic (or calling today if it gets any worse).
I also had injections over the clock-changing weekend but can't for the life of me remember what I did. I think I probably staggered them (ie. half hour change for a couple of days).0 -
Tea - I'm on my Stimms now, started them on Wednesday so have only had 5 injections so far. I'm on 100 IU of Gonal F which I think is a fairly low dose? So wouldn't have thought I'd have OHSSNew House... New Mortgage! February 2017: £144,000
