Oh Pink, how horrible for you.
Tell someone you've got an upset stomach and you're going home. You need to look after yourself.
Hugs0 -
Pink - sending hugs your way. I agree with the others take as much time as you need outside and if you can go home unwell then do so xx0

Oh Pink, massive hugs to you! Does anyone at your work know about it that you could talk to? Xx52 Week Challenge £15/£13780

Huge hugs for you pink - like everyone said, take as much time as you need and definitely say you're not feeling too well and head on home. There's nothing work-wise that's more important than your own health and sanity xxxxx0

Thank you Team Wonderbra and all the rest of you lovely bunch.
Back at my desk but ducked out of a meeting I was meant to have this afternoon. Got some work I can get absorbed in so headphones on and head down.
That was actually the first time I've cried. The tears wouldn't come when we first found out and then I thought I was doing OK, but I don't think I am.But I do now have a Twirl to eat. So that's a start.

Sometimes it takes a while to catch up on you, then you need a good cry before you can move on. Try to listen to happy music and enjoy your Twirl and try to take it easy on yourself.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Twirl sounds like a v good plan
Having a little cry when you need one is a good plan too, imo. I know what you mean about not being able to.... sometimes it's just too much of a big horrible thing to even begin to get your head around.
I find that the situation itself is too much for my head to deal with so it wanders off to its happy place and refuses to even think about things, but then random other things will set me off far more than used to happen (that Paul O'Grady dog show, anything involving little lonely old men, etc). I figure that on some level the emotions are coming out so it must be ok.
I have now realised how utterly mad that sounds - what am I talking about?!? Sorry for such a ramble.... if nothing else, hopefully you can have a laugh at me to cheer yourself up xx.0 -
I know exactly what you mean Tea. Have you seen the really cheezy advert for dog food where the westie goes with the old man to the graveyard. Loyal dog/ lonely old man combo. It has me in bits!
Pink, hope you do better this afternoon - have as many twirls as you need.0 -
Tea - not mad at all. Hubby changes the channel if an advert for the RSPCA, RSPCC, any sort of wildlife charity, etc etc comes on. Also TV shows about orphans, baby animals... All because he knows I'll start crying.0

I almost burst into tears when we saw elephants at the zoo. They were perfectly well looked after and happy, but something about elephants sets me off.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
