Oh Primmer that's so exciting! How have you found the process?
  • Wow, Primmer, that's so exciting. Somewhere out there your child is waiting for you :j

  • Code the initial session was £45 but that was because it was an hour and a half long. Subsequent sessions will be cheaper depending on whether it will be a half hour or 1 hour appointment.

I am seeing her for a couple of health reasons as well as infertility. We're not going through any treatments yet but what I'm hoping for is that if/when we do I will be more prepared physically and emotionally. (I really don't want ivf!)

I can't help but think that health issues are all connected so I suppose what I'm looking for is a more holistic approach.

However, what I'm trying to communicate with my oh is... It's all very well going to acupuncturists etc but what we need to do is S##G more! How do I say this tactfully? Gaa!

That's a difficult one and I've been there. TV shows and so on show men constantly up for it and women saying no all the time and it was the other way around here. Eventually I blew up at him and that led to the deeply sexy "I'm ovulating, we need to do it now" situation. I'm getting my revenge now though. My meds have clubbed my sex drive and now DH moans he never gets any :rotfl:

I last had sex 28 days ago :( Have managed a grand total of 17 times this year. And yes, I know how sad and weird it is that I know that.

I don't think its that weird or sad at all. I think its normal, particularly where there's been male factor infertility.

Oh sweetie, how horrible for you :( xx. Take as long as you need, have a walk in the fresh air, get a cup of tea (and chocolate!) and look after yourself. There's always the option of 'being taken ill' and going home. Prob sounds OTT but you just need to put yourself first right now.

It will get easier, it doesn't feel like it now, but it will.
