floaty - that's awful! Just a quick one to say that the Fertility Friends forums have regional boards, and there's one for London:

There may well be a thread for your hospital, so worth a look. x

Hehe, it always confuses me when people say they're on holiday to my home town. Let me know if you need any pub/restaurant recommendations. There is an absolutely amazing cheesecake shop too. Going there for lunch today and have no idea what i'm going to put in my MFP app but as I've lost 10lbs since last Monday, I think I'm ok to treat myself.

10lbs? Me wants some! Its my weigh in day and I'm convinced the scales wont have budged...

To be fair, at least 6lbs of that was due to AF going away, and the rest, nothing fancy. Just trying to eat more protein and fruit and veg. Oh and exercising until I drop - most days I've burned 800-1200 calories. I've been walking loads and running (about an hour and a half - 2 hours a day for both) and last night my thighs were screaming!! I would mention that I've not turned into some crazy exercise freak - I walk the dog and I walk 30 minutes each way to work and then at lunchtime I hit the treadmill at least 3 days a week and if I have any energy left, I accompany DH on his evening dog walk so it all adds up and means I can even have treats. Yay. Just waiting for my body to catch on and refuse to lose any more soon.

Anyone want to come to my pity party? Really annoyed about that job, REALLY annoyed about being stuck in this bl**dy awful job, my skin has rebelled against me and I feel decidedly AF-ey.... which will no doubt mean at least another two weeks of whinging before it actually shows up.

Would normally solve this with a packet of biscuits but that's not an option :(

ETA: grrr!!! the v annoying (and stinky) woman I work with has just sent an email out calling me her administrator!! So annoyed! I'm not an administrator, and I certainly don't report to her stinky self. Fuming!

I will. I've been soaked to the skin twice this morning despite a waterproof and a brolly. DH woke me up early and I couldn't get back to sleep so I'm tired. I also hate my job but what I do is very specialist so its dificult to find another one without a lot od retraining.

Spend the say flipping her off behind your screen. Very childish but it will make you feel better.

Aargh - now OH has announced that we're going to a horrible pub this evening with some mates. They want to go at 6 which means I have no time to go the gym after work, and I'll end up way over my calories for the day. The other couple are ok but really not sure I want to spend a whole evening listening to them complaining about their two children (they're only 25, both kids conceived v easily).

Just want the evening I had planned which was nice trip to gym, meal I'd planned a week ago and a quiet night in watching Bake Off.

This is not helping my grump!
