cwtw - I think it's completely normal to feel both excited and depressed and quite often at the same time! Fingers crossed though that month 6 will be lucky (I know you'll probably scoff at the sentiment but I'm keeping my fingers crossed anyway ) xx


goodvibes - good luck with your phone call tomorrow. It's not a Zita West one but I can recommend the IVF Belief CD - it certainly helped me feel a lot calmer throughout the whole process xx

Had a dream that I looked out the window and DH's car had been stolen. There was a massive storm going on and the sky was orange and people kept leaving random things on our drive. Then I looked out and someone had left a baby boy in a buggy and I wanted to bring him inside because it was raining and DH wouldn't let me.

Hi TamVilla - sorry you have to be here but you're very welcome.

I'm feeling very lonely on the current treatment list!

I have the IVF Belief CD but mixed feelings on it. Only used track 1 so far. First ten mins I get very relaxed, she gets you picturing yourself at a serene place that you love... Then she mentions treatment and it makes me think about it an get anxious again! Might get a general relaxation hypnosis type CD that doesn't bang on about IVF!! The only way it's meant to help is by relaxing you. I don't believe the bit about what she says convincing your body to do anything different, but then I'm a cynic about these things!

pink I downloaded some of the general relaxation apps for free... Some of them are really good, so that might be worth a try? Good luck with your cycle!

I made the giant jaffa cake before and its sssooo yum! Little advice if u make it, let the jelly set a little before putting it in otherwise u will get a soggy bottom xxx

Hehe soggy bottom!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

When I made it, I made the jelly in a pasta bowl and let it set first.

Tam, it doesn't take much to get us talking about food. (I mistyped that and it read foof!).
