Eek - have got an interview tomorrow for the job I applied for last week. V nervous already!! At this point in the process the mind-numbingly boring, close to home job I already have starts to look more appealing!

Ooh good luck. I hate interviews. I always come across as a bit of a ditz with no social skills which is about right really :rotfl:

This is the trouble I have. I can generally hide my complete lack of social skills (and general workplace skills lol) but it's v obvious in an interview situation. There's also a 30min unspecified 'task'.... !!!!!!?! They could have given me some idea of what it's going to be!

Last one I had was a workload balance task where we had a list of tasks and you could delegate some to a secretary, so you had to decide what you were going to do yourself and when and which you could delegate.

You will be just fine and they will give you the job because you're awesome.

Its half the battle just getting to the interview! I actually had to DO some interviews a while ago, I swear I was more nervous then the candidate!

Ironically I'm great in interviews, I can talk the talk, I just can't walk the walk when I get into the job!!!

Ok, well I told my boss about my IVF.. She took it well and is going to speak to HR about what leave I can have and was very understanding. Still scary though as I'm still on a temporary contract and hope I haven't scuppered my chances of a permanent job.
