24th May??!?!
I'm not sure what you really mean by this question.... assuming you are getting a full refund of all costs then you will probably want to leave it until the last minute (hence only accept the day before).
If you really want to leave quickly though then accept it today.....A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A

Still no adjucator set.Oxfordmark
Home owner from Friday 26th July 2013!0 -
Hi,
I checked my bank account and found that EE are continuing to charge me further in spite of the final settlement! I have just emailed them the below:Dear Mr Swantee,
My Orange account has been closed after I won my case against your company at CISAS. I had received my compensation along with refund amounts for the money that was charged to my account since the date of dispute being raised.
However I have noticed that my bank account has been charged £XXXX again today by your company in spite of the fact that my account should have been closed. On top of that I am no longer able to log into my online account to check the final bill and these subsequent bills that you have been charging me.
As you are in breach of the adjudicator's decision and are further charging my account I am sending you this email as a final reminder to close my account with immediate effect and refund me the further sum taken from my account.
Failure to respond to this email will result in me having to file a case against your company for breach along with compensation for the distress that you are causing me in having this matter sorted.
Regards,
To all those who have won - make sure you check your bank account regularly to see if EE are still taking money out from your account.0 -
Hi,

Maybe this is what they're doing to still get an extra few quid out of people ! They probably hope that once people have been told they have won, they just assume no more will be taken from their account. I'm ringing up to cancel my direct debit today, that way I can keep track of what I'm paying.0 -

Don't do that else they will put a default against your credit score if a payment does not come out. You will get your money in the end however you may need to fight for it. I can't even check my bills to see what they are charging me as I believe they have termed my account.
Will wait a week for them to respond else get in touch with cisas. Might also probably raise another cisas case for £100 compensation for the further distress that they are causing.0 -

Plenty of people pay their bills by other means than direct debit - if you explain to them that you're stopping it because you'd like to pay by other means, it will not affect your credit score. As long as you still pay your bill by the due date and not late then there is nothing to worry about.0 -
Hi
Yes I am getting full refund. Want to leave it as late as possible. Was thinking, since 25th is Sunday. Also Monday bank holiday do I have to notify by working day so should I do it on Friday. I suppose if I email on Friday it will take them after weekend to notify EE :-).

Won my case with £100 compensation for two contracts. Thanks RC.
Have until end of June to accept. When should I accept now or nearer the time ? Is there a risk if it is nearer the time , can EE appeal it?0 -

AFAIUI, there is no risk and no appeal.... leave it as late as you can.
