Hi all me again, received adjudicators decision that EE had until the 8th august to comply, however they have not and not given any reasons besides that I had not initially called to cancel the contract. Spoke to a ee guy today and he told me that there is nothing on the account in relation to this case. What do I do????

The CS guys are kept in the dark over just about everything except to sell you stuff, so they would not know about this.
Emailing the Exec Office is the only way to go (which you have now done) so as everything is in writing.

Copying in CISAS and Ofcom is a waste of time (but do it anyway). CISAS have no power to enforce a decisions, and Ofcom have already said words to the effect of "CISAS ruling timings don't allow for the commercial complexities of cancelling contracts and so it is only fair that EE may in some cases take longer than the CISAS timescales" - so much for the regulator who out in an arbitration service that can issue BINDING decisions!!!

As for calling them to cancel - there is no need the decision placed no onus on you to do anything other than to decide whether or not to accept it. The notification from CISAS to EE of the decision is all that it should take for EE to comply. As long as your decision says "back dated with all sums to be refunded" - then enjoy the free service!
