So it's a week today since I accepted the desicion and I've heard nothing from EE or CISAS regarding my PAC or refund, how long should I leave it?
Should I ring EE? And if I do, will CS have a clue what I'm talking about?0 -

As for dates I'm sure if you contact he court and explain your holiday arrangements they won't hold that against you.
In terms of prep make sure you have the CISAS case, EEs Defence, The response to the defence, and the adjudicators decision in front of you (and that you have read them over a couple of times).
Remember the real nub of this is:
That before EE could only use the lower of RPI or ANY OTHER inflation rate (e.g.CPI), but the new contract is RPI only , and the evidence is that the Feb RPI/CPI was 2.7% v 1.7% (58.8% diff).
All the garbage EE have said about making the clause clearer is irrelevant as it makes it clearer they can apply a HIGHER price rise than they could before.
The Ofcom guidance to update T&Cs was not compulsory to apply to existing contracts (no other operator has changed existing T&Cs because of it)
Material Detriment means - changes that are not to your benefit or neutral in their impact on you.
As for compensation - the SCC won't award any so by all means ask for it, but don't walk away from a decision that goes in your favour apart from the award for compensation.
Thank you very much for your help and advice!! :money: :money: :kisses:0 -

Just had my refund / compensation received into my account earlier today. MASSIVE thank you to Random and everyone else who helped.
My contract was £32 per month with a free HTC One. However it was a cashback deal so after cashback it would have cost me about £22 per month = £352 over the 16 months I have had it..... and the refund was almost £350..... :rotfl::rotfl:
So EE have given me a free HTC One and 16 months free minutes, texts and internet.... now thats good customer service :T:T:T:TA big believer in karma, you get what you give :A

Dear Sir
We refer to the decision in the above matter which your accepted.
As directed, we have arranged for your account to be terminated without charge, backdating this to 15 April 2014 (subject to any charges for actual usage) and for a PAC Code to be issued together with £75.00 by way of compensation.
The PAC Code number XXXXXXXXXXX has therefore been issued and you will need to use it within 30 days otherwise your account will not cancel, as we are unable to terminate the account until the PAC Code has been used. If for any reason you are not going to use the PAC, then you will need to let us know before the PAC expires in order that we can arrange a manual termination of the account.
We have also arranged for the payments you have made to the account since 15 April 2014 to be refunded, less any charges for actual usage. As such, a total sum of £60.66 will be forwarded to you together with the compensatory payment of £75.00. A total sum of £135.66 will therefore be transferred into your bank account and should clear within 14 working days.
Yours faithfully

Still waiting for mine, EE have not received my decision from CISAS and I can't seem to find a number to actually speak to someone at CISAS to chase it up!0

Hello Everyone! Just wanted to give you all a quick update:
As EE and I cannot agree on a time within the dates given by the mediation service centre my case is now transferred to the county court.0 -

Thanks, but that just seems to be an automated service that eventually breaks and asks me to record a message after pressing option 10
