One thing to remember is that as a private individual you can ask for any hearing to be at the court nearest your residence. The cost of appearing May put EE I off.mAlso companies have a habit of settling at the last minute.

Still no PACs for me.

I emailed CISAS and they said

We are sorry to hear that action has not been taken by Everything Everywhere Ltd to comply with the agreed decision within the required timeframe. However, we can raise issues of non-compliance internally with your telecommunications provider and request that they contact you directly to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Should you have any further issues regarding the compliance of your case we suggest you contact xxx,who will assist in ensuring that compliance is met as soon as possible.

So do I just wait it out knowing I'll get it back eventually and get free service in the meantime, or can EE just ignore me?

If they ignore me, is small claims court the only way to go?

Just received my email from CISAS that my second case is going to adjudication and my adjudicator is (text removed by MSE Forum Team). Do we know what his records are like for a positive outcome?

We are experiencing a lot of spam on the fight mobile increases email address (80+ a day - a concerted effort by EE et al?). Can you resend it tomorrow as it may now be lost in the mountain of spam.
