I cant remember receiving this text and have no text on my phone.
What date can anyone suggest I use?
The date of which I received the letter from EE notifying the change?[/FONT]
Sorry to quote myself but is someone able to advise, as I have to send off the evidence email to CISAS tonight

Can I ask those who have won, how long after an adjudicator was assigned did it take them to give you the result?
I was assigned Ms Alison Dablin on the 13th May. They said it could take up to 3 weeks but wanted to know if that was norm.0 -

Hi,
EE have responded to my email about them debiting my bank account AFTER the final settlement had been done. As usual they fail to address my email at all and respond as below:
I have emailed them again (copied in Mr Swantee again) that they have failed to respond to my email at all which was about them debiting a further amount AFTER my final settlement. Lets see how it goes else more compensation will be coming out from EEs account!!!
Have you already notified CISAS they they have complied with the ruling?0 -

So far Ive been waiting 14 days, but I have seen people where its taken 7 days, I guess they are getting busy.
I may leave it another week and then contact them to see whats going on.0 -
I won! Even though I failed to upload Appendix 1 in my original case and had to send it after I'd received EE's defence!

Contract: Post October 2012, Orange
Awarded: £50 compensation, PAC code and unlocking code if possible, backdated cancellation to 14/02/14.
Thanks for all your help everyone, especially RC!0
