Yeah it's a real pity Allison Dablin doesn't award compensation! I would love to get all the adjudicators together and listen to her explain why she doesn't award it, when the rest do. Like most people, I really could have done with the extra £100, and I'm sure EE wouldn't notice an extra £100 with all the compensation they are being forced to pay out.

@NoddingDonkey yeah, they had to comply by 14th May.
I have received the cheque and pac, but have still not had my bills refunded.

Just wondered how long its been taking other people to receive those back, given its been 7 days since I used my pac.

I guess I should report them to cisas, maybe stir up a bit more of a poo storm for them

    Mine says

We would like to hear from you if the Company has not complied with the Decision by the
    date above.

So I would definitely notify CISAS that they have only complied in part, copying in Lynn.Parker@Ofcom.org.uk as well

I suggest you start another formal complaint on the basis that EE have not complied with the ruling.

Can I just confirm that I need to use my PAC in order to get my contract cancelled? I'm not bothered about the number if that makes a difference.

With regard to my own situation, i accepted my adjudicators decision yesterday (3 days before my six week limit was up). I will now await my PAC, Compensation & Refunds.

One thing i would ask, is there anybody who won an unlock code from the adjudicator that has received it yet??

I know EE have now started to defend their position of not providing one, but in my case they did not defend it, and the adjudicator awarded it!

The reason i ask is that my iPhone is locked, and so i need to have it unlocked before i can use my PAC code!

I have a feeling i will have to fight to receive it before my PAC code expires!

To make sure you get the unlock code, request it online. As EE have to refund all charges it's still free and you don't have them claiming they don't have to unlock it.

I emailed my acceptance of CISAS decision on 14th May, I've just received an email from CISAS, saying that Orange have until 18th June to abide by the adjudicators decision. So for those people who have accepted a decision, it will be about a week before they pass that on to the provider, and up to four weeks after that until everything is (hopefully) resolved.

Thanks baldyj for the running total update and the update on your case too.

I was just going to ask if any other winners have dragged out their acceptance of CISAS's rulling for the full 6 weeks to take advantage of what is effectively free service... I intend to string mine out....

My Adjudicator has a 100% win rate (only one case though). This was for Tmobile post.

    My case is for EE.

Will let you know the outcome.
