I received a post today from EE with an exclusive offer as below!Upgrade to any of these phones on EE pay monthly before 3 June and you can end your current contract early for just £65.89. Depending on your new plan, you may need to pay an upfront cost to get the new Samsung you want, too. This means that even though you still have around 4 months left on your Orange plan, you can move to 4GEE right now.
Are they so stupid that they could not even see that my contract has been ended early through the CISAS ruling and that I have already used my PAC code? I almost thought that the letter was going to be about my account being closed; however I believe that I won't get such a letter as I was enrolled to online billing only and the stupid EE have stopped my online account so I can't even view my final bill!
And by the way what an offer. I wish I would have still been with EE!0 -
I am going abroad tomorrow and expecting my decision in the next few days. If i do win and use my phone after i have accepted the win will i have to pay for my calls or will EE/TMobile have to foot them.

I'm ready to email CISAS with the evidence template.
However it says in the first paragraph that '[FONT="]following notification of a change in terms and conditions notified to me by text'
I cant remember receiving this text and have no text on my phone.
What date can anyone suggest I use?
