Hi yes sorry mean V Ogden.0 -
Got a letter to say that Thomas Earley cant adjudicate and it has now been given to M McGeoch.
Bit strange. Any History ? Why do they do that ?0 -

Could be a number of reasons, but seeing as Thomas has previously adjudicated on some of these cases, I would imagine it he is either preoccupied doing something else, or could very well be on annual leave.0 -

If 50 win and 80% get the full compensation than that is another £4,000
If the average contract value is £30 and average length of remaining contract is 12 months then there is another £18,000
So only about £40,000
On T-Mobile contracts last year we probably did 75% ofteh above so another £30,000
My insistance that Ofcom cancel the T-Mobile rise last year (they did act but only reduced from 3.3% to 3.2% - a corrupt action!!!) probably cost EE another (2 (?)million customers of £30 contracts .1% for 9 months) = £540,000
The new price rise campaign (assume not successful) cost EE 70 customers * £300 = £21,000
So I am hoping that I have helped to dent EE by £631,000 - all because they initially ask me for 50p a month extra!!!
This is fantastic RandomCurve. Congraulations and very well done. Good luck with the new campaign group, and I will continue to monitor your fantastic work. Stick it to the man!
Would there be any use in submitting my adjuicated decision to you? The defence was very similiar to what we've seen, aside from paragraph numbers and rearranging a few sections - likely to catch out those using your fine templates in their responses.0 -
At What point is a decision made? I submitted my case to cicas 5 days ago and today got a PDF letter stating a case number and the claim has been submitted to EE who have 10 working days to respond etc
If this is a decision letter I was kind of expecting something more definitive??0 -

Hello
EE will reply to the claim with there "defence" a day or two after the deadline on the letter. When you get this back, you can then use a template to respond to the defence. After this an adjudicator will be appointed.Oxfordmark

Have just received my decision. Adjudicator was Ms Mandeep Toor and contract is with Orange post 2012.
My claim succeeds in full it says. Compensation is mentioned in the pdf doc i received on the bit saying what i seek compensation for but on the bit at the end it only mentions getting pac and unlock codes and reimbursing of moneys paid since i contacted orange. and nothing about compensation. Does anyone know if this this means i haven't got the compensation as i would have thought that saying it succeeds in full means compensation also or those who have got compensation does it actually mention it in the summing up at the end.
Maybe RandomCurve could have a look for me please if you have time. I have tried ringing cisas but am getting the they are in training message please call back at a later date.
UPDATE I have managed to get through to cisas and after them checking I have been awarded the £100 compensation too. Am just waiting on an updated decision being emailed to me.
Thank you very much RandomCurve and everyone else who has helped. I used all of RCs templates and mine was based on the added extras to Oranges defence where you had to adjust the template RC0 -
My verdict was listed as
1. The claims succeeds
2. I direct that the company:
cancel the customers contract, backdating cancellation to xx/xx/2014 and waive any charges since
provide him with his PAC and unlock code and
pay the customer compensation to the sum of £1000 -
I have won! Can't believe it
Thank you so much to randomcurve for all your help I wouldnt have known where to start! So glad I came across this site and forum thanks to everyone for all your advice.
It was post oct 2012 EE
Miss vidette ogden
used all of randomcurve templates
Bit confused though as it says I win in part? Then goes onto say EE must provide a penalty free cancellation and pay back any money from feb 13th and provide pac code and I am awarded the £100 compensation. So is the only thing that I didnt get is an unlock code?
Thanks0
