Sorry, ignore the initial part of my original post. You can no longer use your PAC code to move from Orange/T-Mobile to an EE plan (see http://ee.co.uk/help/getting-started/joining-ee/keeping-your-number). I remember this used to be the case at the time the merge happened last year; however I believe that they have changed this now.
Only option will be to port to another network (probably get a payg sim) and then get a PAC code to port back to EE.
Just moved my partners number from orange to ee with no problems.
Used the online request and was done next day!0 -
Ms Claire Williams has been assigned as the judge and jury - not seen her name mentioned on this thread before.
Has anyone been ruled by the same lady?0 -

Finally I'm getting somewhere. Had this from EE:I am sorry you remain unhappy with the recent change to the Terms and Conditions. The changes to the Terms and Conditions are to offer customers more certainty in the event of us making changes to your monthly Price Plan charge. You are a very valuable customer to us which is why the changes were kept to the very minimum that we could.
As a company we are committed to offering the best value for service. The increase is a result of the rising costs to our business and is in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI), which is a measure of inflation.
EE do not feel that this change is of material detriment to you as it is in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI), which is a measure of inflation. I acknowledge you do not agree with this decision and I apologise for this but must stress that the next step would be for you to seek independent adjudication via CISAS.
You may refer your complaint to CISAS. CISAS will determine whether the complaint falls within the jurisdiction of its ADR Scheme. We may argue that it does not. If CISAS agrees its Scheme applies, it will adjudicate on the complaint in line with the Scheme rules. CISAS's details are as follows:-
CISAS
International Dispute Resolution Centre
70 Fleet Street,
London,
EC4Y 1EU
Email: info@cisas.org.uk
Tel: 020 7520 3827
Fax: 020 7520 3829
I trust the above information is of assistance to you.
Yours sincerely
Can anyone point me to the correct response template for this?
Thank you!0 -

I love this, EE have totally lost the plot now! They have kept the change to T&Cs to a minimum?? On boy!
Anyway at least you can now submit a CISAS case and don't forget to amend the Compensation to include EE responding re price rise and then sending this dogs dinner of a response.
