I have a Ms Stacey Edgar looking at mine. I'm post 2012 with Orange. Hopefully SCC won't be needed.

I won my case in part. I have been granted the early termination part. I was declined any compensation though.

Pity, as I really could've done with the extra £100. Just my luck.

Post Oct 12 Orange contract. Adjudicator Alison Dablin.

I have included OFCOM in many of the emails i have sent to CISAS and they tried to help but T-Mobile have told CISAS everything is fine and CISAS do not take any notice of what i have said, they believe what T-Mobile tell them. I have written a letter before action to T-Mobile and have received no response. In my case i had a ridiculous decision in CISAS anyway where they said i needed to pay line rental to someone so I did not get my line rental back, so happy to go to SCC, will fill in the forms next week.

If you need some help shout. But essentially the SCC form is a very short summary of the complaint and then attach all of the correspondence. I worded the "letter Before Action" so that you can simply refer to it on the summary "All the details of this case are summarised in my Letter Before Action"

Just received my PAC code from Orange. have 30 days to use it!

Sorry RC, did not want to risk using international calls/roaming when abroad as per your suggestion as EE might have still charged and it would have taken another case to deal with it!

No problem - jut use 25 of your 30 days to gain maximum value!!!

Got a call back from EE, been issued a PAC code, penalty free.

Legal team have posted a £100 cheque & Feb, March, Apr bills have been credited back to me.

Also been told will get refunded\wavied any other charges on account until PAC code is used.

EE have still not contacted me, should I be worried???

I've never used their services, or know anybody who has, but I think they do a lot of good work, with no "political" angle unlike some of the bigger charities.

Might be worth sending an email reminded them of the time frame they have to compile with the CISAS decision - as always if EE are dis-obeying the rules then also copy in Lynn.Parker@ofcom.org.uk
