Someone in my office has emailed EE but they have not received a response on 3 emails. First email sent on 18th Feb, Second on 7th March, Third on 24th March.
What are her options?0 -
Hi
I was wondering how many people who won the case will wait toward end of time frame to accept the decision? There are few who already accepted the decision.
I was hoping to be patience enough and wait till end lol:rotfl:

If I win (and it's a big if as I didn't use one of the correct templates) - I'll be waiting 59 days to accept. Hopefully they'll also take ages to issue a PAC too.0 -

I'm amongst those who didn't wait. Thought the sooner I'm off the better. Want to go with a 4g sim only deal sooner rather than stay on 3g that EE currently gives! Looking at Three sim only deals and probably Tesco mobile as well at the moment, but will wait until the end of my PAC period.0 -

How long did it take to get your PAC from them once you accepted the decision and did they send out a letter or just phone you? Im not sure wether to wait a bit longer before accepting or just go for it and get rid now.0 -

If so it will be interesting to se what she makes of that. If not can you contact CISAS and request a different adjudicator? High risk as you would have to say that you are aware of other rulings and she doe not stick by the rules, so that will alienate them - I can't advise either way.
Hi RandomCurve, So sorry for my late reply!!
Do you mean "Para 38
I am unclear as to why EE believe a penalty free cancellation is not a remedy that is available to me. As both a long term player in the mobile market that has been subject to Ofcom/OFTEL regulation for over 20 years, and as the sole author of our contract then EE will know that under out contract and regulation GC 9.6 if a change in T&Cs is likely to be of Material Detriment then a penalty free cancellation is the ONLY remedy that is available to me." ????
Yes I have attached this para in the very end of my comments to EE's defence.0 -

After you accept the decision CISAS will send you another email to confirm that they have now instructed the company to comply with the decision. I got this email from CISAS on the 15th and on the 22nd I got a PAC code from Orange via text. I also checked my account online and it says as being ended even though the PAC is still active.
I don't think that there is much to lose if you accept straight away as SIM only deals won't cost that much anyway compared to your current deal with EE. Also you need to make sure that you have a reminder set in your calender to accept the CISAS decision in proper time else you will get into trouble if you don't do it on time.0 -
I was wondering just how much our "using our rights to ensure fair treatment for all" was costing EE ?
Both in losses from early contract closure and compensation
Will this affect their future treatment of the consumer ?0 -
Just received the bellow - in response to my first email to EE, what are my next steps. It's a different reply to those posted above!Thank you for your email, received in the Executive Office, I have been asked to respond on behalf of EE.
I confirm the letter received was in relation to your Orange account. As you have now migrated to EE onto one of the newly released plans, the increase is not applicable to you at present.
Should you require any further assistance or clarification, please call 150 directly from your EE phone.
Yours sincerely
Victoria Hunt

For the record my current T&C's stipulate that if they're changed I have 30 days to appeal and leave the contract without payment.0
