The thread below is to do with the price rises, read though that and you'll find a template rejecting the price increase

That is even more confusing now. I thought post Oct 2012 contracts from T-Mobile could be cancelled penalty free? I thought that was the whole point of this thread?

I specifically need to find out what to do/template to use about T-Mobile/EE price rise for 27th May 2014 for contracts entered after Oct 12 (in October 2013 to be precise).

    Thank you.

This thread is to reject the change of terms and conditions, however your changes of succeeding are now slim as you didn't object in the 30 day notice.

The other thread is the newly announced price increase and rejecting that.

If you check on the other thread, there's a post from RC that says that post oct t mobile have a better chance with rejecting the price increase because of it being increases twice in a year.

Just had a call from EE Exec Office.

They phoned to issue a PAC code, and credit my account for last 3 months bills. They person did not know anything about compensation.

PAC code was not issued as the person is going to check with their legal department and get authorization for £100 compensation, before issuing credit back to my account, via direct debit.

One thing I forgot to ask is what happens to final bill, will that be waived.

    Did you receive a letter?

As the Terms and conditions changed on the 26th March, you have 30 days from being notified to then reject them. (about mid february)

If you received a letter on the 9th April then that would have been for the price increase.

If it was for the price increase it's on the other thread, as i said t mobile have a very good case with it.

    Hope this helps!!

Sorry but still confused, I've not had a change in terms, I've only ever received one letter and that's on the 8th of April.

My price will change on 27th of May, I want to get out of my contract penalty free, can someone point me to the right template as things are getting very confusing at the minute with links posted to different threads.
