Might be worth sending an email reminded them of the time frame they have to compile with the CISAS decision - as always if EE are dis-obeying the rules then also copy in Lynn.Parker@ofcom.org.uk

Thanks RC will send Mr Swantee an email tomorrow
• Just received an email from CiSAS to say that Dr Mair-Coombes-Davis has appointed as my adjudicator. And now I am expecting to lose the case based on Maddy2k11's experiences #1057 .....

Did you use the version of the response to the defence that says that the only remedy is cancellation?
If so it will be interesting to se what she makes of that. If not can you contact CISAS and request a different adjudicator? High risk as you would have to say that you are aware of other rulings and she doe not stick by the rules, so that will alienate them - I can't advise either way.

I've never used their services, or know anybody who has, but I think they do a lot of good work, with no "political" angle unlike some of the bigger charities.

Noted :)

And to keep on topic I have received an acknowledgement from OFCOM to say they are looking into my complaint (post #1289)

With reference to my last post #1336; the letter they sent me states I need to reply by 5th June. Is this the part where I can sit back and use my phone, and then accept the decision on, say, the first of June?

Hi

I was wondering how many people who won the case will wait toward end of time frame to accept the decision? There are few who already accepted the decision.

I was hoping to be patience enough and wait till end lol:rotfl:
