I'd say that CPW / Phones4U owned companies would be pretty safe as far as free gifts go. Still tricky for cashback deals but gifts should be fine.
A friend of mine recently used Mobiles2YourDoor (P4U) and got an Xbox 360 delivered after 29 days. So he was very happy and is now awaiting the release of Grand Theft Auto - the only reason he wanted the Xbox
