Fuming with marks and spencers - spoiled our Christmas Eve

M+S have massively mucked up their online service this year. For me - ordered 19th Nov - parcel finally arrived 16 Dec.

Last time I ordered with M&S was a few months ago and everything they could possibly !!!!-up they did. Paid for next day delivery for Saturday, no parcel, waited in all day, look at the tracker and it's still about 200 miles away. Ring M&S, tell them totally not acceptable, refunded delivery, I say I want to cancel as I did Saturday delivery to receive the item for the Sunday. They say they'll contact the courier. Guess what appears on the Tuesday? Excellent communication, and they couldn't even blame Christmas!
