    Hi all,

I've been following this thread for a while now and have taken the same action. I submitted my response to EE's defence at 0900 on Friday 6th. I had the automatic reply saying they'll aim to reply within 5 working days. I haven't heard anything yet with regards to them assigning me an adjudicator ... I'm assuming this will be the next step?

How long do CISAS typically take to assign the adjudicator?

Have many people gone beyond 5 working days between submitting their response and then hearing back from CISAS?

    Thanks

I put my comments in on the 3rd June and got an adjudicator on the 11th. Thats 5 or 6 working days. Fingers crossed.:money:

I had my adjudicator confirmed on Friday 30th May, I have heard nothing since, I know it can take 3 weeks, how long has anyone else waited from adjudicator to decision?

    Just received my decision:

    b. The reasons given by the customer are sufficient to justify the cancellation of the contract without penalty backdated to 8 April 2014, the provision of a PAC, an apology and compensation of £50.00.

So; terminated from date I first wrote to EE, but only half the compensation requested. I am a happy boy! Many thanks to JT (my adjudicator). But even bigger thanks to Randomcurve for all the work he has done for me and all the others who have won.

    Hi RandomCurve

Im now at the stage where i have submitted by case to CISAS and they have replied back With T-Mobile's / EE's response
What i got back in the email was a pdf attachment written by CISAS stating i have until the 17th June to submit my comments.
There was also a zip atatchment which contains two files

    1. Schedule 1.pdf , which is a standard T&Cs letter with Version 58C dated 26 March 2014 on it.
    2. a defence pdf which to be honest is a lot if legal mumbo jumbo i have no idea where to start with.

Are these just standard issue responses for which you have a standard reply for?

My contract was taken out with T-mobile at the end of June 2012 which i have now terminated but i would still like to claim and win some money back.

    cheers

Have a look to see how your defence from t-mobile matches what has already been posted on http://fightmobileincreases.com/fight-ee/fight-the-march-2014-price-rise/ a website set up by RandomCurve and some other forum members, it may take a little bit of time, but it's the only way to see whether yours is the same as others have had.

Most of the responses have had subtle variation but generally all say the same thing. A standard response to the defence is also on the website the only lightly change you may need to make is to change the para references if yours aren't in the same order.

Oh dear, that's no good! Try and take it easy.

To other folk - I will try, when I can, to help out a bit more. But I'm still going through the process too so won't have all the answers and I've not had any experience of this before April.

    Still, I'll do what I can :)
