Well done everyone that has had a positive result so far. Definitely bodes well for those of us still waiting. Just getting a bit jealous that I'm stuck waiting because I pulled up T-Mobile on getting contract versions wrong!

I rang CISAS today explaining I'd received someone else's response and they told me they would contact EE again and get the right one, because the one I got was the one EE sent them in my name. More waiting, I did ask why they were giving them a second chance but the woman said they had to.
  • Hello,

I sent in my case to CISAS on the 23/05, had a reply on the 30/05. CISAS has given EE upto 13/06 to submit the response. I have not been appointed an adjudicator yet, should I contact CISAS tomorrow if I not hear from them ??

    Thanks

CISAS appoint an Adjudicator once they've received the defense from EE. I'd give it till Tuesday/Wednesday then chase it up.

You can find that original defence to align the paragraph number here:

    A few points:
    ....

    RPI
In your claim did you use the paragraph that states EE have applied the increase in such a manner that the NET amount you pay each month has increased by more than 2.7%? If so refer back to that point and highlight (in the opening part regarding items EE have not addressed), that EE have not explained how a net increase of 2.88% is below 2.7%.

    Thanks RC,
I have incorporated your suggestions into my response and have just sent it off to CISAS - today is my deadline!

Yes I did mention the net increase had exceeded the RPI in my claim and have quoted this in the reply!

I guess its a matter of waiting now!

    Cheers

  • I was appointed an adjudicator on the 2nd June and I am still waiting for my decision. I hope it is not much longer

You think that's bad! I had my adjudicator allocated on the 22ns of May. They contacted me last week to say that due to unforeseeable circumstances, she would no longer be able to adjudicate and I have been appointed someone else! The three weeks since I was initially appointed an adjudicator was up yesterday. I really would like to hear soon.

Who were you originally appointed ?

I did see that someone else on here was appointed a new adjudicator also. Does anyone know if being appointed a new adjudicator means that I will have to wait another 3 weeks for my decision? I hope not!
